Less well as in the time of Spa 5 Worlds....
To honor a gift and replace a Ritual 5 Monde massage (which the Spa no longer follows the Spa’s product change) I booked 1 hour of relaxing massage, 1 hour Manicure and 1 hour Beauty of the feet (both with classic polish installation).
On my arrival necessary to report 2 bathrobes torn (“you understand Madam, they are old and transported in trucks” 🙃

Massage very well and relaxing.
Manicure and Pedicure very well too.
2 flats: instead of doing the feet first so that the polish has time to dry, the therapist does the reverse. So, impossible to put on the sandals 🤷♀️
And then, the performance lasted only 1h35 instead of the 2 hours announced and paid. Explanation “there was no bcp of things to do on the hands” 🙈 Okay.... how about a little longer hand massage to honor the customer and her order?! So, chance or global trend since change products? 🤷♍♀️ For my part I asked the person who gave me the gift not to buy anything in this Spa. Too bad.

Was lucky enough to attend a conference in Monaco and this was our hotel.
A real amazing experience - you feel like living the dream.
Rooms are spacious and the sheer size of the gardens overwhelm you with some fantastic views.

Beautiful hotel in Monte Carlo. The restaurants are truly excellent – every meal was a highlight. Service is correct and efficient, not over the top but everything well managed. The pool and the greenery around the property are absolutely stunning.
Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, but a bit too minimalistic for Monte Carlo – they lack some local charm. Also, our double bed had two mattresses put together, which kept moving apart and was slightly uncomfortable.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

Great family hotel in a fantastic location in Monaco. The outdoor areas are beautiful and very spacious given the location. Staff generally friendly. The rooms are a little dated and showing their age but not to the degree it’s a problem. Some silly prices by the pool but to be expected.
