From the moment we walked in we had a great experience. Rooms were spacious and Brian at the desk helped us make reservations for dinner. They gave us a coupon for champagne service for my birthday. And Thomas at the bar was there all weekend creating great concoctions with such a friendly personality and English was spoken through. Great place for the price and centrally located to see all of Monaco.

Room had a great view and the bed was comfortable enough - rainfall shower could’ve had a bit more water pressure, but the other showerhead worked great. I want to specifically shout out the wonderful man who was working the bar on April 21 (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember - I’m so sorry!). He was wonderfully attentive and friendly, a great person to chat to while he made me delicious cocktails. I can 1000% recommend his tiramisu martini and his margarita sunrise - you won’t regret them!

This hotel was great, mostly due to the location and the staff. We were given a lot of tips from the staff about where to go and what to do. Specially Mohsen at the desk who was always able to point us in the right direction. Rooms are simple, but the casino is walking distance one way and then the port is walking distance another way:

I would love to give the hotel more stars but realistically I was expecting more. The hotel’s windows did not open to allow airflow. As expected, air conditioning was not available until later in season. But the air was stale and hot. The shower head fell apart. The bed was uncomfortable. ||Positives: good location near train. Lovely bar area that I visited every night.

Stayed here for two nights and would come again. Clean spacious room and everyone at the hotel was very helpful. Breakfast is good - lots of choices. Only a few points could be improved - no English tea (or any black tea) in the room or at breakfast, the room service menu is very limited in its range of dishes and no sides like fries available to order. This is strange given the size of hotel and kitchen.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Novotel in Monaco, and I must say, I enjoyed it even more than the first time! The hotel is located just outside the city center, but if you walk to the end of the street and take the station down, you’ll find yourself right in the heart of Monaco without a long detour. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stays fresh. The only minor issue we had was that the air conditioning didn’t work very well during our stay, but that could have been due to the cooler weather. Breakfast is excellent, offering a varied international selection, so there’s something for everyone. However, what truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. They go above and beyond to assist guests, even without being asked. For example, when it was raining, they handed us an umbrella without hesitation, and they are always happy to share recommendations for restaurants and attractions. For the price you pay compared to some other hotels in Monaco, this place is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended, and a special thanks to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff!

We stayed at Novotel for 1 night during our visit to Monaco. Very satisfied and impressed with the hotel. Location is great, walking distance to main areas, bus stop is right outside as well. Rooms were great and the service was also amazing. The breakfast spread was good enough. Checkin was also fast and seamless. The 2 ladies at the reception were very friendly and well mannered. I recommend this place to all travellers visiting Monaco, pocket friendly compared to other hotels in the same vicinity.
