They dont explain the pre procedure very well and are not considerate if you dont speak french. Waiting time for calling takes 10-30mins of waiting and sometimes they will just hang up if you dont understand it very well. Sometimes the secretary on the phone will scream on you if you dont get what she said.

Nice center, but the ladies at the front desk (the 3 of them) are the most imbecile/stupid persons I ever had the displeasure of dealing with in a medical center. I asked 3 times on the phone if I needed to bring a specific medicine for the injection (MRI with injection) she said 3 times No. The day I get there, after waiting 30 min in the waiting room, she tells me I need to go to the pharmacy and buy the specific product, when I confront her to the fact I asked 3 times on the phone and she told me no, she reacted defensively like a 14 years old. Same for her colleague, should not work in a Medical establishment !!
