They are illegally blocking the striped loading zone next to their Van Accessible Handicap Parking spaces with their flat bed carts. That loading zone is there specifically to allow for wheelchair ramps. Made multiple efforts to inform a manager but all of the employees refused to let me speak to one and refused to listen to my concerns. Attempting to call to speak to a manager resulted in literally no one answering the phone and the system eventually disconnecting me. They are breaking the law and violating the rights of their disabled customers.

Terrible shopping pickup experience. All my dairy has to be thrown away. The employees will lie to you and say they picked your order recently, but most likely they picked it over an hour ago. We ended up buying 3 gallons of milk and had to throw away two of them because they were already spoiled without being open yet, they were stored properly. Also, if the workers could read what car spot you’re in, that would be extremely helpful, maybe they should smoke less on the job and pay attention! Attached to the photo of what looks like normal milk but when you open it, good luck

It definitely gets super busy on the weekends. During the week, it's not so crowded, but either way it's a great location to shop. The cafe is always clean, and I love earning Sam's Cash when shopping in the club!

I've had the same wonderful pharmacist for close to 18 years. She left CVS and went to Sam's Club pharmacy. They, and her are THE BEST pharmacy and pharmacists that you can EVER FIND. Marin knows how much my hubby and I adore her !!! I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy. Also, you don't have to carry a membership to use the pharmacy !!!! I hope this helps someone cuz these other pharmacies are becoming unbearable to deal with. Good Luck 😂

I like Sam's Club, but their set up to order for pick up is absolutely wild! They use maybe 14 "prime" parking spots, closest to the front entrance. So people & cars are just constantly passing by those spots. The pick up area was so busy today (Saturday @ 10:50am), I went to Lowe's & returned 30 minutes later. They should seriously reevaluate the logistics of that. I'm not an "order for pick up" person. I prefer to maintain control of my item selection. There was just a deal I didn't want to pass up. But, make it better for those who prefer to order for pick up & those who prefer to do their own shopping & want those prime parking spots.

I went to Sam’s club saw a laptop on clearance and I had to have it. trying to retrieve a laptop that was on clearance at Sam’s club in centennial hills was a no go. They didn’t have it in stock. I tried calling all Sam’s clubs in the city and it wasn’t happening. The guy who helped me said they have 3 in stock at the Sam’s on Craig Road, but I called and they said no. As I was contemplating throughout the day, I decided to go 30 minutes before closing and sure enough they had the laptop there but not at clearance price it was at $579. as I was trying to get someone to help me price match it. no one wanted to and saying that it was unavailable. But I asked to speak with a manager. Nikki Nichole ms. Nikki I’m not sure but she took care of me and said yes without a hesitation after checking and reviewing price herself. She immediately sent me back to the associates who tried to helping me Shout out to Alex katherine and Jason you guys made a positive impact on my visit But that’s not all lol as I was trying to check out I couldn’t pay with my card because no Apple Pay and my card was linked, but wouldn’t process due to being an override So they told me to come back the next day with Abby OMG miss Abby was a cherry on top sure enough I was a happy camper coming out of the store with my laptop on the clearing price. I also got some short ribs that were really good. I marinated them Korean barbecue style.as well as a cooling sheet and new pillows. Those short ribs would be really delicious on the grill at the lake
