The place is very nice with a beautiful enclosed garden, our puppy had a blast running around. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and helped a lot with our requests, also suggesting nice places to visit around Bari. It is very close to the sea, so would visit again in the summer.

Beyond the beauty of the setting, it is the hosts, Leo and Roberta, who truly elevate the experience. With warmth and dedication, they embody the very essence of hospitality, making every guest feel not only welcome but genuinely cherished.
A highlight of our stay was the concierge service they provide: from airport pick-up and drop-off at very reasonable rates, to arranging car rentals at unbeatable prices. The location itself is extraordinary, serving as a perfect hub for exploring the treasures of Puglia. Leo and Roberta were always there to help us organize our visits, recommending convenient parking spots and authentic local restaurants where the food was simply outstanding.
Maison Giannino is far more than just a B&B — it is a place of heart and soul, one you will want to return to again and again.

Deze prachtige locatie heeft veel sterkte punten, helaas ook een paar kleine minpuntjes. We beginnen bij de goede: - De gastheer is ontzettend vriendelijk 🕴️en de service is uitmuntend, 5🌟 - De verblijfslocatie is prachtig, zowel overdag als in de avond, 5🌟 - 🚿 De kamer is brandschoon en erg mooi. Ook mag je gratis de hapjes en drankjes uit de minibar pakken, wat bijzonder en erg prettig is, 5🌟 - Maar toch 4🌟 voor de kamer, want het is gehorig. Heb je de pech van 📢 luidruchtige buren, dan ga je dat merken. - De nabije omgeving is niet zo spannend. Bari is dichtbij, maar te ver om te lopen. Er zijn een leuk pleintje en wat restaurantjes in de buurt, maar daarna heb je Torre a Mare wel uitgespeeld, 3🌟 🏨 Het is zeker om aanrader om hier te overnachten, maar niet voor lange duur.

We love old buildings/hotels and Maison Giannino did not disappoint. It is a spectacular old building renovated into a bed and breakfast with very quirky but comfortable large rooms. Set in beautiful grounds, the back garden is used by a local school as a playground/garden. It was delightful to see the sweet Italian school children at play (and not at all noisy) and to see that the beautiful gardens are put to good use in this pretty community/residential area. ||Roberta is very sweet and helpful, showing us where honor bar facilities and returning in the morning with an excellent enormous breakfast. And we took her up on dining at Ristorante Giannino the previous evening, a short walk or drive away. Highly recommend both Maison Giannino and Ristorant Giannino, pricey but outstanding seafood and service.
