  I recently purchased a timepiece from the NYC Chopard Boutique. I am a big fan of Chopard watches. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. I was assisted by Sales Professional Yomari for the purchase. I was treated like a valued client the entire time and definitely will definitely shop there again and recommend it to family and friends!

  They sold out of the Leather Classic Racing Bracelet In Red but the staff were so kind to take my info and alert me as soon as they come in and they were not pushy to sell me something else. They had some amazing pieces there.. and the security guards were so nice; offered me espresso.. can’t wait to get this bracket!

  Great experience thanks to the expertise of Ivan, who has the skills to make customers feel welcome. The necklace made my friend feel very special and made her birthday complete. Champagne and chocolate and a little gift is always pleasant. Hope to be back one day.
