Is it normal that your SA’s flex THEIR AP (Confie) in front of potential customers ???
If so, I’m utterly sorry but usually I am used to a better service. But my bad maybe I shouldn’t have brought my ordinary Hermes bag in, how dare I. Next time it will be the extraordinary one.
It’s the first time I have ever encountered such a bad experience.
I’m in no position to say this (even though I used to work as an SA for Richmond as well) but I feel like these type of SA’s completely lose AP’s face making the brand look really rubbish.
I would kindly let the blond lady, who found it necessary to flexed her Royal oak into me & my husbands face today know that : If you really wanted to show me the size you could have easily shown me on my wrist or offered to show me the actually watch you said you had in store but no. You wanted to leave it to our imagination. But guess what, I indeed know how a royal Oak looks like since I own one, too.
I’m on vacation & thought that the Monaco AP BTQ could offer another size or color maybe but all they offered was bad attitude.

Not a single watch to see, wear, have a look at. Not one watch in a boutique that sales watches! - at least thats what the salesman told me. (who first was a bit lazy, as if i was someone who is going to steal his time with the same (stupid?) question as 97% of the people entering the store hahaha... How to steal time from a watchstore that even has no watches - but then took his time to explain me why i can not buy a watch from him. At the end.. he was just the messenger of the politics of AP - which is the reason for this one star. The man behind the counter earned 4 out of 5

Impressive, elegant watches for very successful people with style!
The brand Audemars Piguet (AP) has a specific design (octagon) which makes it very easy to recognize. Even for people who are no fashion or watch addicts, it is obvious when an AP is in front of them.
It seems that the Royal Oak collection is the most popular of the brand. Available in steel, gold, rose gold and for me extremely impressive black ceramic (that is very rare, costs a fortune and is like wearing a "Ferrari on the wrist")! 😯😎
The store also seems well-managed. I found it very positive in times of the Coronavirus that at my visit in the shop and walking-by several times I always saw all employees wearing a mask, also properly covering the nose (what is not the case everywhere). 😷
So, the shop should be quite a safe place. 😊
Attention: There are some models with such a high demand that there is a waiting list for some years! 😯
