Service and food with a memorable view!
We had a magical family memory today as we had lunch at AMU at the Fairmont Monte Carlo! Pamela was our server and she made our experience memorable as we sat at a table that overlooked the sea! The food was excellent and Pamela helped my daughter with her nut allergies! She kept our food safe from nuts and ensured we stayed on a timeline with our driver/tour guide! We truly can’t say enough good about our lunch today at Amu! Pamela is a server to ask for as she is at the top of her profession. Our hat is off to the server , the reception, the chefs, the server assistance and the manager! This a definite 5 Star restaurant! What a team! If in the area, you must eat there!

GIRLZ TRIP BRUNCH
Went for Sunday brunch & was greeted by very pleasant staff, seated with the most beautiful view of the sea , waitress/ waiters were attentive and kept our glasses refilled , starter & dessert buffet was plentiful & had great choices with something for everyone, main dishes , was large shirmps & (sqid a little to overdone on bbq) beef & chicken was tender and lots of sides all of my party enjoyed to the MAX , but even better the 3 piece band was AMAZING beautiful beautiful voices & a few guest was up dancing all together a very FABULOUS EXPERIENCE, its a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon , ROOF TOP WITH A VIEW, GREAT FOOD , ENTERTAINMENT , CHAMPAGNE FAB WEATHER 💯 % MUST

What a wonderful renovation. For 5* hotel the service was ok and the food was satisfactory. Even though I made sure with 3 people that the order is understood - soft drink - i was served something else. Chicken ...so I was waiting for a nice piece of meat not a 2mm pancake. But the worst was not how it looked but how it tasted. Oversalted. I should have returned it.. but it was over 10 pm and i was hungry...

Beautiful location to treat yourself to breath taking views and picture perfect dishes that taste as good as they look. Service was decent, and the ambience was incredible. Prices are a little on the high side, even for Monaco, but it is definitely worth it for the views and the experience. Recommend booking a reservation for the best experience.

We had a fantastic experience at Amu, the rooftop restaurant at the Fairmont Monaco. The views over the harbour were absolutely stunning - one of the best dining backdrops we've ever had.
The food was exceptional, truly some of the best l've had in France (and that's saying something!). Service was excellent; fast, attentive, and full of great recommendations for both food and drinks.
We had booked a table in advance, which I highly recommend as it gets busy, especially with that view.
The location is ideal, right next to the iconic Grand Prix hairpin bend, perfect for photos and people-watching.
We'd definitely rush back next time we're in Monaco!

The view is spectacular and even more. The atmosphere and the food is above average and can be improved with some background music.
Service is good.
The catch of the day fish is yummy and so fresh. Wine selection can be better.
