Helpdesk Technician – 40K€ (M/F)
Mission:
We are looking for a Helpdesk Technician to strengthen our internal user support team.
Reporting to the IT System Manager, you will collaborate with other IT team members to provide support to employees in case of incidents, breakdowns, and intervention requests submitted by users. You will also be responsible for escalating issues and intervention requests to other departments to resolve incidents.
Context:
Reporting to the IT System Manager, you will join a team of 2-4 people. You will work for a large industrial Operation & Maintenance group in the Energy sector, operating across hundreds of production facilities worldwide.
Salary Range: €33-40K Gross annual
Responsibilities:
Incident and Intervention Request Handling:
Resolve incidents and prioritize based on urgency.
Execute intervention requests.
Perform troubleshooting using various diagnostic techniques.
Report problems with appropriate analysis.
Support and Guidance:
Act as the first point of contact for technical assistance.
Provide quick resolution and excellent service.
Train users on applications and guide them in their use.
Liaison with Other Departments:
Escalate unresolved incidents to the next support level.
Regularly update intervention activity information in the dedicated application.
Provide necessary information on IT products or services.
Profile:
You hold a Bac +2 or higher degree in IT.
You have at least one year of experience in a similar position.
You speak fluent French and English; Italian is a plus.
You have the ability to manage priorities.
You demonstrate analytical skills.
You are curious, proactive, and possess good communication and teaching skills.
Knowledge of ITIL and ticketing software is a plus.

Windows Professional.

Microsoft Office Suite.
Android and Apple Mobile.
Microsoft SCCM.
