Event and Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Boss Intérim Monaco in the service sector is recruiting for one of its clients in Monaco an Event and Administrative Assistant Bilingual in English (M/F). Our client specializes in the design and organization of International Congresses.
Responsibilities:
In support of the project manager, you will:
Participate in the management and organization of large-scale events.
Ensure the logistics of the event, in coordination with various service providers and suppliers.
Handle client communication, including interfacing, writing emails, and making phone calls.
Manage orders, quotes, and invoices.
Contract: 3-month renewable temporary contract, starting at the end of August.
Salary: €2,150 net per month.
Profile:
Bac +2 in project management, communication, or event management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in event logistics management.
Fluent/bilingual in English.
