Technician After-Sales Service – Copiers (M/F)

Responsibilities:

Ensure the maintenance of copiers
Repair and troubleshoot photocopiers and related peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues encountered by clients
Install and configure photocopiers and associated software
Provide technical support to clients
Train clients on the use of photocopiers and related features
Maintain accurate records of technical interventions and solutions applied
Requirements:

Previous experience required in office equipment: KONICA MINOLTA, XEROX, KYOCERA, CANON, RICOH, etc.
Prior experience as an after-sales service technician for copiers, preferably with IT knowledge
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and common office software
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and explain technical concepts clearly
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and availability to travel to clients as needed
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: €28,000 to €36,000 per year
