The first impression was bad. One of the doormen rudely made me wait outside and let in people who arrived after me even though I specifically told him I had an appointment to pick up my watch. The store is tiny and cramped. Luckily Ophélie and Jeremy were incredibly pleasant, professional and welcoming and turned the experience around.

I had the best experience at this Rolex store and we go to many Rolex stores. Ophelie was the main person who helped but the manager helped us also and all I have to say is wow they were the sweetest people ever. I love them both and I will visit them for sure everytime I am in Monaco.

I love that place, all the staff I’ve met so far took care of me, greeted me with a warm welcome and an inviting atmosphere with a nice coffee. They are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. The staff deserve special mention 😌 ! A thought for Jeremy ! You sold me this Datejust shortly before my trip to Australia. One day, I took off the watch to repair the car that had broken down, and then I forgot it in the pocket of my shorts. It ended up going through the washing machine and the dryer 🤦🏻♂️ I thought I would find it in pieces when I heard the noise coming from the dryer after almost an hour. But to my surprise, apart from a few scratches, the watch is still in good condition and works perfectly fine This watch is indestructible !! So, I took a few souvenir photos that I dedicate to you.

Store was very welcoming. Responsive by email. Thoughtfully showed me timepieces that fit what I was looking for along with providing insightful feedback on each that helped me make a decision on a purchase. Thoroughly explained VAT refund. Overall an incredibly positive experience for my second time shopping with Zegg & Cerlati. Will definitely be coming back next time I am in Monaco. Cannot thank the team enough for the wonderful shopping experience.

In Germany I had struggle to get my watch that I want. Luckily Zegg & Cerlati and especialy the Online Shop Manager Jens was able to help me. When I picked up the watch from the store the service was great. The employee took time to explain all about the watch. I can just recommend to purchase here.
