Extremely rude staff.. unbelievable we waited almost half an hour for one item and one asian female staff kept on giving me side eyes when I asked her where the item is.. as if we were bothering her. People here don't bother to answer you any questions if you speak anything else other than french... what an appalling attitude! I hope they change absolutely every one of the staff members in that store. The manager is a conceited person. Imagine getting disrespected while you are on a shopping trip.. DONT GO THERE you might as well just ruin your day by going there

Extremely rude staff.checkout girl was calling over the next customer before I had put my purse back into my bag.when paying with my platinum Amex she asked me for ID! I have never been asked for this in any other country or Monaco. Shop is scruffy and stuff looks mostly like a jumble sale.

We went in cause we need to buy a swim suit, but their stuff said they don’t have any of it in this shop. After a while we found a whole section of swim suits besides the changing room. I guess it’s just their stuff hate where they work. I don’t even want to give this one star to be honest.

Sitting on a stair (where no one was disturbed) for 15 minutes with my headached son waiting my daughter fitting clothes when the management told us to go outside. Well, it was the first time I’ve ever been thrown away anywhere. Thanks for the rude experience and saving my money. Was this Monaco style politeness or just bad management?

It doesn't have children section, so it's not very useful for a family day trip spending! But they help you as much as they can if you ask for help but without the bloody smile. I mean, why customer service don't smile that much in Monaco?
