Great pool! Salt water, 28 degrees + chlorine. And the water is changed weekly

Love this outdoor pool! Entry is very affordable as it’s a public swimming pool. It is 50m long, has filtered and treated salt-water (heated to 27 Celsius during the colder months), is open April to October, has a jumping tower (1m, 3m 5m), a water slide (tobogan), clean shower and changing rooms, comfortable lounge chairs there’s an ice-cream stand (they’ve also got popsicles). If you want to do lanes, goggles are a must due to the salty water. The salt lets you float super well though, so no need for a pull-buoy ;-) The lounge chairs and umbrellas are extra (but quite cheap for Monaco!)

Desperately needs management to sort this place out as it has wonderful potential. Stupid staff on entering ask your age for concessions. Oh how awful for the poor lassies, I mean if someone has a concession they would say so, but to have to declare that you’re NOT over 60, wow! how insensitive and this has happened to me on many visits. Surprisingly they’ll comment oh I remember you!. (the Scottish Man) Nice long swimming pool but very dirty changing rooms and poolside. Showers are also dirty and dated, rarely do you see anyone cleaning the place. On a good point it has at least 3 poolside guards who give you re assurance you are safe in the pool. (Provided that they can see through the clouds of cigarette smoke) Aye what’s really incredible to believe is they really encourage smoking by the pool which is completely disgusting, ashtrays are provided and your surrounded by puffers/smokers both sides of you (so they need to sort this into a no smoking fast). The place is full of kids having fun Loads of old French people continuously chatting loudly. Has a simple snack bar. 10 euros gets you a swim and lounge bed so it's cheap. The busses stop outside the pool so it’s easy to reach. To be named after someone is very sad indeed as they need to take pride in the building and pool and it’s a very focal point in the town, it's an insult to the memory of the Prince to be so under managed.
