I had my hair colored here and was very happy with the result, as well as the overall atmosphere in the salon. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While I was at the wash station, the stylist suggested a special treatment for my dry ends, mentioning that it would only take an extra 10 minutes. I agreed, but when I received the bill, I saw that an extra €100 had been added. I would have greatly appreciated it if this cost had been clarified upfront, as it’s quite a significant amount. 🙏🏻

Half an hour doing just a simple short hair simple waves and volume with hot curler and zig zag hot plier as if my hair are not natural to curl them that much with hot curler and that long under hot temperature being very flagile and thin....was still going and going and I just couldn't take this anymore and asked to stop and left as it could just continue for the whole day I assume.....still not much of a volume at the end regardless of all the "work". Do not recommend. Today, after few months of silence owner replied and no, I didn't confuse the hairdresser. It was you. Second of all I don't need to identify myself if I want to leave a comment! All the best !
