I can’t express how disappointed I am with TG. We have several TG watches. Almost 2 years ago, I got a beautiful black ceramic Aquaracer. Few months ago, while I was at a meeting, I realised -out of the blue- a part of the ceramic was missing. I was surprised to see ceramic shattered even if there was no shock / no drop / nothing that could have broken the watch. ok, ceramic is fragile but obviously this ceramic is faulty. Anyway, I have been fighting with the customer service since months to get my watch repaired. I was surprised it did not enter in the warranty… The First quotation was about €520 and now is down to €240 which I still think is unacceptable for a watch that price still under warranty ! Anyway, don’t buy ceramic from Tag. I feel sorry for the staff at the shop that are amazing ! My note is not for them but for TAG.
