it’s reasonably priced, good quality food. The bacon was quite burnt and hard but still quite tasty. the drinks machine doesn’t really work, you scan the qr code and then it works for a few seconds and that’s your ‘drink’ token used up

There was no time for taking a picture of the burger and fries, so just the KitKat shake has had the chance to be in the spotlight :) The patties could be more well seasoned, in my opinion a bit blend, a bit more salt and pepper would do it. Otherwise the meal for it's price, freshness and quickness is the bomb! Do check it out:)

A surprisingly good burger, fries were also good however a bit too greasy. Easy ordering stations available in multiple options, takeaway available or take a seat in the restaurant area and they shall bring it to the table. Atmosphere was excellent, you are sitting near the start/finish of the track so lots to take in. Price was also surprisingly good, about 15€ for a burger meal, which is worth it for what you get. Would return.

Fast service ! High quality burger fries are tasty ( a bit too salt for me )but not hot enough at all . Royal burger with egg is very satisfactory ~ highly recommended . While the classic burger got too much moisture , when we are eating the burger , there are lots of cold “water” coming out from the veggie and turn out there are lots of “cold water” in the paper bag when we are having it .

I’ve been to many Steak ‘n Shakes in the U.S. and this location blows all of them out of the water. The burger tasted like a gourmet burger. Very fresh, as were the fries. And the chocolate shake was great

Spot the fresh wet paint? Neither did we - nor did the other customers who came in as we were leaving and nearly made the same mistake. Horrible paint all over a coat and when we complained all the manager had to say was that we should have read the sign. On the other side. Handwritten on scrap paper. In French. Shockingly poor experience

I used to love this place but they’ve gone downhill over the years. First of all there are no steaks so the name is deceiving 😝jk, but seriously, when I first visited I expected gourmet burgers like at Big Fernand or something but no, just basic burgers and fries, nothing special. Sometimes the fries are a bit too greasy. But the milkshakes were the real reason I used to go a lot and now I won’t anymore bc they’ve changed the recipe. Today I ordered a simple oreo milkshake and they couldn’t (wouldn’t) add any extra oreos so it just had some oreo dust and one oreo cookie and a bunch of vanilla syrup which makes the whole thing taste horrible! A week ago I visited a Steak nShake in Nice and they had the original recipe and not only that I could add extra oreos as I ordered on the screen! If it’s a franchise why aren’t they all doing the same recipes and POS system?

I simply don’t understand why all of these reviewers rate it as 4 and 5*… have you ever tried any proper American burgers in a chain like Shake Shack??? Comparing to Shake Shack, this place is like 0*. Everything is bad here when you compare it to a proper burger chain in the States. Can’t say it’s the worst burger place, however, it’s definitely not 4 or 5*. It’s more like a 2 or 3* burger place. Would never go to this place had I known how bad it is :) I’m just in love with burgers but this chain simply sucks after eating in Shake Shack :) I think even 5 guys are much better.

I had a terrible experience at Steak 'n Shake. The fries were sticky and soggy, completely unappetizing. The ice machine was broken, so drinks were warm and unsatisfying. The shakes were disgusting, with a weird texture that made them undrinkable. On top of that, the service was incredibly slow and rude. The only redeeming factor was watching the cool cars drive by while waiting far too long for a disappointing meal.

Not the best. Order the barbecue burger and bacon burger plus Oreo milkshake. Burgers didn’t taste too special, just meaty. Fries weren’t hot nor crunchy, quite soggy, but potato taste wise they were good. Milkshake was terrible. It tasted so fake, too sweet. You’ll be fed here but don’t fall for the “vibes”. Bathrooms were disgusting. Sink was clogged and filled with water.

Came for lunch prior to visiting the museum of oceanography. Pros: burgers and fries are delicious and affordable. Great location to wait out the rain. Ordered by ourself on the touch screen and only interacted with the staff when they came to give us our order. Staff offers mayo and ketchup. Low waste business as you get only exactly what you need - 1 napkin, a cup (no lid no straw), and a mini bamboo fork for your fries 🍟 Cons. Only fault is that you have to scan the QR code to get the fountain drink and it’s only one serving, €3,25 for one fountain drink.

Best burgers I’ve had my entire trip! All the ingredients are grown locally within the franchise. The vegetables were fresh and the cheeseburgers burgers were decadent and high quality. We also had the cheesy fries which was okay. It was oily and not cut properly. But would recommend the burgers without hesitation

Great deal in the center of Monaco Tasty burgers and fries. There is not so big menu, but you can choose your favorite burger. There is children menu as well. This restaurant offers you soft drinks, different milkshakes, coffee, wine and beer. There are many places in the nice terrace. By the way, good view on the Marina. Complimentary wi-fi for guests.

The place looks fancy, people are representative of the area but that just stops there. The price is higher for the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend buying the steak n shake milkshake at 15 euros which REALLY doesn't look like the image on the menu. The waiting is long and they place you without asking your consent. It's better to go to a regular one or to a real fancier restaurant. Also their are some weird customers (guys) looking at people with some bad intentions. Not a place I'd like to go again. Only looks, no soul.

Burger is one of the best I ate so far, and have fries with cheese or cheese and bacon/pork, maybe would be nice to have bigger coca-cola drinks. And milkshake - was amazing!! Nice service, and easy to order food, but you can’t sit down by the table until you got the order by the till/ordering machine and got your number. Otherwise, great place and food rather cheap and tasty.

This was the best fast food burger I have ever had. It beats shake shack, five guys, McDonald's, etc. The meat was perfectly juicy and seasoned. Bun was soft but still had structure. The fries are quite different than normal. Most of them are very short but oh so crispy, which, is perfect if you order them with sauce on top. While a small thing, it was nice to get a drink in a reusable plastic cup instead of flimsy one way cups. Also being given a fork to eat the fries with was really nice. Service was amazing. The waitress checked in on us throughout the meal and as I was cleaning my tray, asked me if everything was alright. Hard to put into words how good everything here was and at a really good price. Meal was about the same price you'd pay at McDonald's but competes in a completely different league.

I have tried many good burgers in my life but the one I had yesterday was probably one the best. I took the « guacamole » with fries alongside an M&Ms milkshake. Despite the location the price is affordable. Staff is also friendly and available. I will come back for sure!
