The small latte was like milk with cheap coffee flavouring. The worst latte I've ever had. The small hot chocolate was fine and tasty. However, the drinks were very expensive (more than 5 euros for each small drink) and I didn't think the service was very friendly. A small branch, not too many seats and tables inside.

Good spot to take a rest in Monaco. They did not have lactose-free milk, that’s the reason for 4 star.

Handy place to get some work done or take a break near the station. It could be a bit cleaner but mostly a good experience

Starbucks in Monaco provides a familiar and upscale coffee experience, blending the brand's well-known offerings with the unique elegance of its surroundings. The menu includes the classic Starbucks favorites, from expertly brewed espressos to refreshing Frappuccinos. The service is attentive and efficient, reflecting Monaco's high standards. The ambiance is chic and modern, making it an ideal spot for both casual meetups and business discussions. While the prices are on the higher side, they align with the luxury of Monaco. Overall, it's a delightful place to enjoy a quality coffee in a sophisticated setting. I like it. 👍

A disgrace to the Starbucks brand. We ordered two caramel iced lattes without whipped cream. We saw a barista accidentally put the whipped cream in the coffees and scrape them off with a spoon. At that moment, I went to say that we want them completely without whipped cream, because I saw that the pieces of whipped cream still remain in the coffee. The barista questioned the request at first, but I made it clear that we don't want the whipped cream mixed with the coffee at all. The barista said he would make new ones, but poured the same drink through a filter into new mugs to make it look new. This "new" coffee had no crushed ice at all, even though we know it's an essential part of a frappuccino. It was a young male waiter with taped earrings.

We hopped off the train and excitedly wanted to grab a coffee before exploring the beautiful Monaco. Upon ordering, I asked for an iced coffee, no sugar, with creme and creme brulee cold foam (literally my regular order back home but with a different cold foam flavour). The barista proceeded to offer me multiple different variations of the drink, ie "but we could make it like this or you could try a shaken iced espresso instead" etc. Eventually I gave up and just accepted one of his suggestions. I started to pull out my Starbucks app app and he rudely said "we don't accept the app here because this is Monaco". To conclude- Drink was ok, view from the patio was nice, bathroom was dirty, staff was not nice so I lost my excitement for Monaco.

Staff were pretentious. I tried to order my drink a certain way and he kept offering alternatives. I eventually gave up and just accepted whatever. I tried to use my Starbucks app and he rudely said "We don't accept the app here because this is Monaco". Drink was ok. Bathroom was dirty. View from the patio was nice. His behavior turned me off from Monaco.

Like any other Starbucks. Plenty of space and a bathroom. The person who took our order could speak English, Spanish and German so it was easy to order.

Excellent outlet near the Rainier Palais in Monaco. Good food, helpful staff and lovely sitting area. The location is very convenient for a break before or after visiting the Palais. It's also the start/ end of an excellent underground shortcut to Monaco Monte Carlo train station. The decor looks a bit tired though. Could add a few pictures on the wall or have it decorated with some murals to attract the crowd.

Living in another part of the French Riviera where there are no establishments like Starbucks/coffee bean/Joe juice, it was such a treat to come across a Starbucks on my day trip to Monaco! 🥹 the cafe was very spacious with plenty of seats inside and outside, though the outside can get very windy and chilly. Inside was perfectly warm for that particular day. The staffs were friendly, quick and could understand English! I had hot and yummy cafe lattes - 2 cups for when I first arrived in Monaco and a last one before I left the city 🥹

Sorry, but I've never seen such a disappointing Starbucks location in my entire life. The staff was VERY unfriendly and not speaking english on a professional level (which should not be the case in an area where the majority of customers are tourists), and I could've built a solid house out of the brownies because they were so hard I cannot imagine they were ever put out of the shelf in the past week. Even if I hate to throw food away, I was not able to eat that thing - for the sake of both my teeth and my sanity. NEVER again.

This is just a typical Starbucks, I have all the numbers on specialist seasonal coffees available. They are large indoor seating area, perfect for studying/working area and a relatively large outdoor area.

It’s nice to see an American business presence in Monaco. On our day trip to Monte Carlo, we wanted some quick coffee to start the day. We got the venti iced matcha tea latte and the venti iced vanilla latte. Both were up to usual standards. There is a terrace outside which you can sit, clean toilets, wi-fi, and ample air conditioning.

The team is super slow! They talk more with each other and it feels unorganized. The whole Starbucks could be a cool cozy place but in every corner it is dirty or broke. The chairs, the toilet and even in the background it is super dirty. Sorry to see one of the richest places on earth with a Starbucks like this. Pls improve @starbucks!
