There was a large variety of souvenirs albeit overpriced but there was this member of staff who was incredibly rude and shouted at us when we picked up to look at some items. Avoid at all costs.

It is located at Pl. du Palais, directly opposite Le Palais Princier de Monaco. It has a wide variety of souvenirs, such as magnets, miniatures, t-shirts, mugs, hats, towels, etc. The souvenirs are of better quality than those you will find in the other shops in the old town, but they are particularly expensive: cost 80-90€ for a jersey of Monaco's football or basketball team, €120 for an F1 shirt.

Great place to get both cheap and very expensive souvenirs for the city of Monaco, the palace, and racing.

I do not recommend this shop at all especially if you are black. Europe likes to deny that racism exists so clearly they will deny it here. But people who have experienced this know how this works. Ignore my complaint if you want but those who know the experience should go to a different shop. I was my mother's first time visiting me in Europe and her first time in Monaco. We went here May 30, 2024 around 4:30pm. I'm a university professor and my mother is nearly retired. At some point we started looking at T-shirts for our my aunt and grandmother and a salesperson (50-70s, long hair, white woman) hovered over us for a long time. Then she started folding t-shirts right next to me and watching us the whole time. It was so uncomfortable and infuriating... it was the same kind of treatment that happens to black people in the U.S. Normally I would confront a person who is displaying this type of behavior but it was my mother's last day in Europe and I didn't want to spoil the trip. I ignored this salesperson. Then once we selected the t-shirts the salesperson immediately stops folding the shirts and instead of pointing us to the register she sternly walks us exactly from one side of the store all the way to the register. It seemed like she did not want us to continue shopping and was making sure that she could see our exact movements from one side of the store all the way to the registers. It was such an upsetting experience. There are many other souvenir shops in Monaco. I do not recommend going to this shop especially if you are black.

I bought a red bull shirt for my son. I finished my purchase, I didn't even leave the store yet and noticed I grabbed the wrong size. I asked to exchange and I was told no. Thank you?

On July, 28th I went to this shop with my wife to buy an ice cream and at the cash desk I was greeted by a saleswoman who was immediately annoyed and bothered for no reason. While I was paying for my ice cream, my wife keeped visiting the store and decided to buy a dress. When she arrived at the cash desk she handed over the dress to the cashier and the lady, with an outrageous tone, turned to my wife and said "look, I can't give you this for less than ten euros". Of course neither I and my wife asked for a discount, nor we gave the impression that we could not afford to spend ten euros ... Astonished by her attitude, I preferred to answer with a simple "of course, that's fine" and my wife asked for a shopping bag. At this point the saleswoman, raising her tone of voice, turned to my wife in a threatening tone saying "what did you tell me?" My wife repeated the request and at that point the lady said in a sarcastic tone "of course I will give you the shopping bag". The name printed on the receipt is “Maria Grazia V” and her attitude is extremely unacceptable.
