Impossible de joindre l'accueil par téléphone. Cela fait 10 fois que je relance mon conseiller et il me dit je vous rappel mais ne fait jamais le nécessaire ! J'ai fais une demande d'ouverture de compte il y a 5 mois et personne me donne des nouvelles. A ce jour j'ai toujours rien!!! Nous sommes clients depuis 40 ans c'est vraiment honteux de traiter les clients comme ça ! Je vais me diriger vers une autre banque si rien n'est fait ou personne me réponds.

Tow years ago we moved our private accounts and two company accounts from a prominent Private Bank in Monaco (pathetically high fees) to Societé Genérale at La Scala due to a recommendation of a friend. We couldn't be any happier with the service provided. The fees are reasonable, the management of a the accounts is far more straight forward and accessible and the two members of the staff - Mr. M.T. and Mme. M.P. we are dealing with are extraordinary. Every request gets sorted professionally within hours. We can highly recommend this branch.

Completely disorganized, nobody to give professional assistance nor assistance at all. The lines are always busy and they are seriously understaffed. Better to bring your money to a different bank with operators supporting you with technical issues and available to meet when you need.
