Terrible service ethics. Had an appointment at 9:50 and was told the car would be ready around midday. I called them at 13:45 and my car was still sitting untouched. So I took my car back and will use another service company than won't lie to me. If you know the car will be delayed you should have the common decency to call the client and inform them.
