Excellente expérience ! Un accueil très sympathique, à l’écoute du client et très arrangeant. Ils ne poussent pas à la consommation inutile. On n’a pas l’impression d’être traité comme un simple pion, de plus, les prix sont tout à fait correct.

At the reception they don’t pick up the phone on purpose, they hang up the call when they hear that they are being spoken to in English. Zero attitude towards customers

Terrible service ethics. Had an appointment at 9:50 and was told the car would be ready around midday. I called them at 13:45 and my car was still sitting untouched. So I took my car back and will use another service company than won't lie to me. If you know the car will be delayed you should have the common decency to call the client and inform them.

Superb hassle-free service from Gérard and his team of bike technicians. Running-in service completed without any problems at a reasonable cost.

I have no complains, my BMW is well repaired and fairly clean. But I must praise the Service Supervisor, Mr. Robert and Julie for their kindness and efficiency. Thank you Victor Dias Ferreira Novax Pharma in Monaco
