We came Christmas shopping with my daughter and had the most incredible customer service experience with Laura. Laura showed us the brands, made the comparisons, found the optimum quality - price deals and made us feel very welcome! She is very appreciated for being so caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Incredible that this shop has 20 staff inside the shop, spraying themselves with perfume and one lady at the till and a huge line of customers. I think the fact that they are Monaco they think they are above their own clients. Or Maybe they don’t have a manager! Exceptionally poor customer service I would love not to go here again but my kids love it which is also pretty dodgy in my mind.

I love going into Sephora in Monaco and buying the By Terry products. I love how they feel and look on my skin. Their amazing saleslady Jane just has a knack of knowing what your skin needs and how to apply make up to make you look and feel amazing. She is so kind and funny and I always feel better for seeing her. I am disappointed to find out that she is only working there a couple of days a week now & I miss not seeing her and getting her wonderful helpful advice on her days off.
