REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! We are looking for bright and emotional car and we came to Ferrari salon in Monaco. When we entered nobody even said hello to us… one person talked on the phone and walking around and didn’t pay attention to us and the girl at the reception was watching her phone… We were waiting about 10 min to be noticed and nothing… And then another person came and passed us like we are invisible :( We had so many questions and all the stuff ignored us. IT’S REALLY SHAME SUCH A CLIENT SERVICE IN FERRARI! I am really surprised and disappointed
