  Charged me 50 eu to get one barely visible stain from a short (!) dress. It was such a small stain that I honestly could’ve worn the dress as it was. Have never seen prices like this in my 7+ years living in monaco and using almost every dry cleaner in the area. Not worth it.

  A FUIR ABSOLUMENT Mi-octobre, j'ai déposé un costume et une parka d'hiver pour un nettoyage simple. J'ai récupéré le 26 octobre les deux effets vestimentaires, il est vrai sans les vérifier, et ai payé les 57 euros demandés. Au moment de ressortir la parka, je m'aperçois de la présence d'une trace blanche de grande taille sur le devant de la veste qui n'y était pas auparavant, je suis tout à fait formel. Lui demandant des explications, le gérant du pressing n'a rien voulu entendre, ne m'a proposé aucune solution pour essayer de réparer les dégâts causés par son lavage. Résultat, j'ai payé un lavage pour prendre soin de ma parka, elle ressort avec une tache importante et je reste sans aucune solution ..... Certes je n'ai pas vérifié le travail effectué à la réception mais je n'aurais jamais imaginé les dégâts que cette laverie pouvait faire sur ma veste. A fuir absolument

  Salon Lavoir is working with us many years , without even a little problem or mistakes. They come take ours laundry, bring back to the door step in a couple of days ,perfectly washed and ironed . Our delicate, beautiful clothes looking like new many years ,because of Salon . I'm recommending Salon Lavoir ,it's the best in Monaco . Thank you

  Absolutely horrendous! They completely destroyed my brand new Dolce Gabbana shirt, didn’t remove the stains from the skirt. No idea how this place still exists after all the bad experiences! Never going back!

  Absolutely destroyed two sets of my 800€ silk sheets. They wrote my name on one of them in sharpie marker, and they ripped the other (both sheet and pillow case are ripped and not repairable). When I brought them in to question the handling of it or to see if they’d compensate me for the damages, they shrugged and said nothing they could do. If you want your things destroyed, bring them here, otherwise I’d strongly recommend avoiding. I previously used Net Express Pressing, but when they shutdown the port location, I tried Salon Lavoir. I will now go out of my way to go to the Net Express locations. I do not want anything else to be destroyed.
