They are very talented with tasks big and small. We've had school uniform pants altered here and more recently they fixed my daughter's quinceañera dress. With both jobs it was clear the tailors are skilled and have a lot of experience.

I had two dresses altered here for my wedding in March of 2024. I also had the veil that my mom wore for her wedding altered here, too. They added a clip that I had purchased and altered the length. I was so thankful they were able to do that since it was special to me and to my mom. They did a wonderful job, the prices were reasonable and the turnaround time was excellent! I’ve recommended them to other brides that I’ve known!

I lost a bunch of weight and wanted to get clothes "re-sized" rather than just trying to replace them (I have eclectic taste and these were favorites clothes). I went in and had them alter 5 dresses and a suit. The work is great, and it only took one week! It is also very reasonably priced - the cost of replacing all the items would be 3 to 5 times as much. I will be returning with more of my oversized clothes.

I have never in my entire life given a shop that low of a review before. I am stunned while shocked at the same time of how this business can operate in a very demanding climate like Monaco. This so called "retouches" or alterations store is nothing short of a scam. The as she calls herself "tailor" there has managed to ruin a beautiful cashmere coat of which the sleeves needed to be extended. What is even worse is how the "tailor" used a different material on one sleeve and a different on a second sleeve, giving a clownish appearance to the sleeves of the jacket, the buttons were also not moved. As most people know any even half respected tailor would move the buttons to the front of the sleeve. For this clownish "alteration" (if I can even call that) more than one week was taken and I was charged a staggering 97 EURO!! I love supporting small business and local businesses, yet this is nothing short of a scam perpetrated by a lady (Saida) who does not even seem to be a tailor, additionally charging 97 EURO! I would be insulted to even compare this work to any other tailor in Monaco and even in rural China the tailors would be superior. Very sickening to say the least. I hope this review will shed light on her malicious business practices and no other will be scammed.
