One of the best address in Monaco
Friends told us about the very good experience at Pulcinella and I must say
it’s excellent. We have been 3 times in 2 weeks and all the dishes (sole, veal
milanaise, osso buco, tiramisu) were perfect.
Very good products, efficient and friendly service at the right price.
Don‘t forget to reserve.

It’s alright but nothing stands out. The pizza was ok , tuna wasn’t amazing quality but edible , pasta was fine , my mother’s risotto was nice. The place is old and you can see that next to the newer modernised restaurants next to it. Our waiter wasn’t very friendly and kept running away to do other tasks in the middle of our sentences. Overall it wasn’t great but not terrible either.

What's going on?
Very disappointing. Although the place was practically empty we waited almost an hour for a mediocre pizza.
Even at nearby tables the wait for customers was exhausting with misunderstandings about orders.
Distracted service.
Yet at the end of 2024 I had eaten an excellent pizza that had been served to me quickly even though the place was crowded. Unlucky evening or replacement of staff?

80s to monk (of Bavaria 😂😂)
Restaurant is located in a beautiful street full of restaurants and aesthetically it is immediately old compared to all its neighbors, but I had booked and I do not change location, but already there my friends had wavered , we enter and I think what is the owner an Italian waiter , who was at the checkout ..... we see the menu quite narrow who orders the pizza who pasta who meat , but he tells us that the pizzas and pastries were finished , we insist and say ok at least one focaccia to accompany the meat but he says nothing unfortunately there is no longer even one you know it takes leavening, we expect to take other , too bad after a while 'the only couple entered after us is served a focaccia ..... we point out after eating the first a spaghetti and clams without infamy and without praise and a paccherro practically uncooked with a burrata and pistachio, bad dish cmq , the mediocre seconds really visually ugly and practically inedible .
Let's taste the tiramisu boasted for specialties, the usual cream with cream nothing fancy, in short, restaurant dated out of context to monk, a jump in the 80s ....
After one night at coya and one at Buddha we tried Italy and we made a mistake there is much better at monk.....
Do not go if you are Italian.

Very tasty food, friendly staff!
We have been coming to Pulcinella for many years and enjoy it again and again. The menu is varied, the food is very delicious, the service is attentive and always laid out for a joke. The prices are also perfectly fine for Monaco. The lasagne is phenomenal. And not just those. We will come back!

The service is terrible. We are an Indian family and are used to sharing food between 4 people. The waiter comes up to us and tells us there is a rule where each person has to order one dish. He did not show us where the rule was written and when we asked to speak to the manager he claimed to be the manager. He was very rude about us sharing and demanded that we all order one dish per person. We told him that we cannot eat that much and there aren’t enough vegetarian options for us to order one dish per person. We ended up leaving as he was angry and screaming something we couldn’t understand.

Great Restaurant with great food. The atmosphere delightful and the staff are very friendly. We are regulars here for dinner with the family and the staff are very accommodating. Also we are vegetarian so they have plenty of options and will accommodate for dietary requirements.

If you enter and choose your seat shortly after 2pm (closing time) the staff doesn't even bother telling you they are closed, they just stare at you.

Food 1/5: low quality (especially caprese), greasy pizza, undercooked pasta (not al dente.. raw) Service 1/5: only service was the waiter throwing down plates, bill has to be paid inside at the counter, even in cash.. Atmosphere: waiter was rude and condescending, general vibe of the place feels like a tourist trap. Price: normal for Monaco, but considering what you get it’s an absolute rip-off, 1/5. Currently ranked as my #1 worst restaurant in Monaco.

Bravo, well executed. I will come again. Seafood, pasta , pizza … all well created . Waiters, pros at what they do… seems like they have been doing this for a lifetime, and doing it like clockwork. A few tables were regulars.. shows consistents

As other reviews indicate, service was extremely slow. 2.5 hours and hadn’t even reached dessert! Waiter kept scaring the child in our group. Would not recommend at all. Had much better the next night with superb service!

Surprisingly good food! We‘ve been to Italy a few days before this visit to Monaco, however the food here was order of magnitudes better here!!! Yes, service might be a bit slow, however, this is only due to the staff being properly Italian and it shouldn’t turn you away because the food is simply out of this world!

Not so great. We were very excited to go here based on the online menu but most of the items were not being served on the Sunday night we visited. Several of us were looking forward to the lasagna but that night it wasn't offered. The other offerings were mediocre Italian food that you could get from anywhere. The tiramisu was the only good that we ordered which raised the star rating from a 1 to a 2 star. The waitstaff are quite arrogant and put off by questions regarding ingredients and menu offerings My recommendation is to skip this tourist trap restaurant and find something else.

A cozy place with nice and simple Italian food. We were there twice and both times everything was delicious. We tried a tuna appetizer, spaghetti con vongoli, an octopus hot appetizer and a lobster risotto. Prices are more than reasonable. We will definitely come back when visit Monaco again.

Low key. Excellent food and a reasonably priced wine list. Reminds you that some of the other top end restaurants are really making killing on wine. Definitely worth considering especially if you aren't into brand bling but serious food.

What a great place for Italian food in Monaco. The quality is amazing and the prices are excellent (not expensive at all). We tried the lasagna, ossobuco and papardele. Pizza looks really good. Save room for dessert, tiramisu is delicious and also the chocolate cake. English, Italian, Spanish and French spoken.

Service and the food quality both over exceeded the expected experience. The waiters were extremely friendly and all the recommended dishes turned out to be scrumotious. Although located in Monaco they have the taste of Italian. If you are nearby please stop by. You won't be disappointed

Great Italian bistro, very attentive staff, superb Osso Buco. Also on the menu on Sunday's is the roast beef which looked amazing. Will definitely go back for dinner. The staff is multi lingual easily transitioning from French to Italian and English.

Liked the ambience and cute decor, small but intimate. They were nice to have split the appetizer salad into two 1/2 portions without us asking for it, nice service. The clams in the pasta were fresh, tasty, but the sauce was a bit on the salty greasy side. The steak was cooked just right with great mushrooms.
