Beware! They ruined my ski suit twice. The first time was last year—I discovered the defect at home: the metal buckle on the belt was broken, scratched, and missing parts (as if it had been put through a meat grinder). I had to buy new buckle and pay a seamstress to install it(I spent over 60 euro on it) Back then, I wrote it off as an accident and continued using this dry cleaner’s services. But today, after picking up my long-suffering ski suit, I found a rough seam from a cut on one of the pant legs, which obviously wasn’t there when I dropped it off a week ago! After reading reviews about this company, I realized there’s no point in filing a complaint, as the dry cleaner’s managers do not take responsibility for damaged items. It’s very unfortunate that such a level of service is acceptable in Monaco.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. I have used this dry cleaning service twice. The first time they didn’t remove the stain, they said nothing could be done, and they didn’t return the money. The second time I gave them jeans that also had stains on them, and instead of removing the stains, they tore holes in the spots!!! They RUINED my jeans and didn't even say "sorry"! When I asked how this was possible and that I wanted my money back, they said that they did not speak French. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I want my dry cleaning money back and financial compensation for the damaged jeans!

Cauchemar. Well, there is no option for 0 stars, therefore 1. After explicitly agreeing on a day to pickup my jacket and taking money for urgency, they do not deliver. Service culture? Not here.

The staff of this dry cleaner's lost my winter jacket and it's already been 5 months that I've been following up to get a refund! The management seems to be hiding behind their employees and unreasonable excuses...very disappointing! I hope they finally call me back and refund me to my jacket!

Absolutely disgusting service! Having waited 3 weeks for the return of my partners jacket (which they thought they had lost!), it came back completely destroyed! Obviously they had used the wrong product and it looked as if a bucket of bleach had been thrown over it!!! Only alternative now is to throw it away or try and get it dyed! Never will we return and I urge others to take note!!!
