It said that the place was open in google maps and when we got here the restaurant was open and had people and me and my friend sat at a table. After ten minutes we went inside to look for the waiter but no one was there . When we grabbed for the menus ourselves a man from a table sitting who must i say saw us when we were sitting and didn’t tell us anything about it being closed told us after 10 minutes . Don’t bother to go there.

One of the best fritto misto. Ask the waiter. Great dishes and portions. 06.2023 Prefer the 2 male waiters. They are the main ones. A young lady waitress today seemed she didn't want to be there. Don't think was her fault but they had her all over the place ending to a slower servi ce 4.12.23 Great pizza dough today, thin but crispy at the bottom. Quick/kind service from a new male waiter. 09.24 What a great eve. Great toffies sepcai dish with crevette and pistou and great spaghetti palourdes

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Mama on the 24th of August around 3 pm. Upon arrival, we were eager to enjoy a meal, but our experience with the staff quickly soured the visit. My wife politely asked a male waiter for assistance, but he completely ignored her. After waiting for around 10 minutes with no service or acknowledgment, I decided to go inside and inquire about how to place an order. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism continued. The female waitress ignored my presence entirely, and when I finally got the attention of the male waiter, he told me, in a very abrupt and unfriendly tone, to wait outside and that someone would be with us in about 5 minutes. The dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy were shocking and unacceptable. Given this poor level of service, we decided to leave without ordering. I strongly suggest that the management at Pizza Mama take immediate action to provide these staff members with proper training on customer service and professional conduct. A welcoming and respectful attitude is the least that can be expected in any dining establishment. I intend to return in the future to see if any improvements have been made, as I hope this feedback will be taken seriously. It is crucial for the management to address these issues promptly to ensure other customers do not have the same disappointing experience.

We were here for dinner on May 10th, 2024, 5 friends. At first, they were friendly and tried to assign us tables, but it took 20 minutes before we could place our order. The food itself was actually good and tasty and the price was OK for Monaco. What wasn't right was the service and friendliness, we almost suspect that they don't like Germans here and make it clear. As we left, we also noticed that there are different menus for French and foreigners, and others have had different dishes there. We had to wait 30 minutes and ask 3 times before we could pay. It's a shame, the food was good, the conditions were unfriendly, so unfortunately only 1 star!

We ate there a few times and didn't even bother with staff because pizzas were great, but today was a nail in the coffin for me. We were 6 at the table for some drinks, when we tried to order 2 pizzas for the kids, pleasant waiter told us that we can't order less than 4 pizzas at the table with 6 people. Where else did anyone hear of that kind of stupidity? When we ordered drinks we waited for 15min for cans of ice tea, can of coke, and 1 small beer and waited for recipt again 10min... When we gave money in his cup with reciept on the table waiter never came back... Thank god we had change with us, I would never give him a penny more than what was on receipt.

One of the only places I could find open after my trip to watch Monaco! They were friendly and food was brought very quickly. A really good pizza and so I would recommend to everyone to visit this place!

Tried their Margherita and Siciliana pizzas as well as a classic hamburger. Pizzas were good, maybe the Sicilian was too salty and did not have a bright taste to balance the anchovies. Service could have been better. Pizzas were 10-20 euros and burger was 20+ euro

Great pizzas and also other food, like burgers. Absolutely perfect, crispy French fries. I would recommend the tiramisu as dessert. There are outside tables. So, for people who take the virus and the pandemic serious, but who do not only want to eat at home, a very good place to sit in the fresh air! 😊😷

Went there with whole family... baby husband and mother in law. We all got perfectly welcomed and served. The food was delicious like in the best Italien restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised! I do recommend ravioli and tagliatelle....
