Pharmacist is very rude to Americans. Tried to buy an ankle brace after a family member fell and sprained their ankle and were told we needed to bring her to the pharmacy to be measured for a brace, even though we had her shoe and ankle measurements in European sizes. We tried to explain that she was not mobile at the moment due to her ankle injury and were told to leave. Had my dad go in a while later after we couldn’t find another pharmacy nearby, and he got yelled at too despite making an effort to be extra friendly. Who opens a pharmacy in the middle of a bunch of souvenir shops if they aren’t willing to help tourists?

Je mets 1 étoile car je ne peux pas mettre moins. Etant sous traitement anticoagulant par seringues et en déplacement (je n'avais donc pas la boite approprié pour jeter les seringues), je me suis arrêtée pour demander qu'il me prenne les séringues ou m'indiquer un contenant pour le faire moi-même. Refus catégorique de la pharmacienne ! Alors que ces seringues avaient une protection sur les aiguilles. C'est juste inadmissible !

Très chers amis cherchant une pharmacie où repose la bonne humeur, l’écoute et la réactivité, je ne serai vous conseiller de meilleures pharmacies que celle-ci. Étant venu chercher des médicaments en l’absence d’ordonnance (perdue), j’ai été agréablement surpris de voir une réactivité sans pareil afin de retrouver l’ordonnance avec les infirmières de l’hôpital où l’hospitalisation à eu lieu. Encore un grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur écoute et leur empathie au vue de la situation. Je suis heureux qu’il existe des personnes aussi aimables et bienveillantes. (En moins de 10min tout à été réaliser, nous avons pue repartir avec l’ordonnance et les médicaments).

Got a COVID test for a flight the next day. They handwrite everything messy. They write a 4 like a 1 and the airline thought my test was taken on the 21st not the 24th. I went back later that day to ask them to rewrite it clearly and they could not believe that there was anything wrong with the number 24 looking like 21. You be the judge.

Really, really expensive prices. 21€94 for sunscreen, but we are in Monaco so what can you expect. They had a lot of choices, but all were pretty much the same. Not an amazing selection of brands or itmesz but a good place if you really need a pharmacy and can't wait for town.
