I've been a client here for a while now, the owner is very kind, professional and pays attention to his customers, so do most of the pharmacists here. Today though I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the pharmacists. On Saturday the lady had given me the wrong version of the cream that my dermatologist has prescribed me (I have dermatitis on my face, hence extremely sensitive skin). Unfortunately I only realized the cream wasn't the correct one once I had already opened the cream at home due to its consistency. I came back on Monday asking for the correct cream hoping that they would just take it upon themselves to swap it for the correct one that I was prescribed... but no. She said that since it was opened she couldn't accept it back, that they were pretty much the "same" and that I had to pay for the correct one. This is completely unacceptable for me. As a pharmacist you have a DUTY to give your clients EXACTLY what their doctors prescribed them. Do you seriously expect me to go home and read the fine-print of every single treatment I am given to double check if you gave me the right one or not? That's ridiculous. What my doctor prescribes to me, is precisely what you should give me, no more, no less. They are lucky I didn't have an allergic reaction or skin problem due to this, otherwise I'd have taken legal action. The cream I was prescribed is the one WITHOUT the UV protection. Do you seriously think I'm going to use a sunscreen cream for every day use? Anyhow, it's a shame that they've lost a customer now for something so trivial yet vital at the same time. I'm a person of principle, and this to me, is a total deal breaker. You judge a place when you have a problem and how they deal with it, not when everything goes well and they are just happy to take your money, it's not how it works.

Changement de patron et une patronne sa femme bien sûr pharmacien agréable à regarder mais on ne y touche pas!Alain toujours très aimer par les mamies il finira en maison de retraite avec elles lol nouvelles pharmaciennes très sympas une bonne équipe toujours souriants et de bons conseils dommage pas de nouvelles de l anciennes équipes enfin on s y fait! 😉A la. Chipie elle se reconnaitra petite souris te convient mieux chipie😎😎😎 la patronne a de bonne idée acheter les cadeaux de Noël pour les enfants chez eux moi personnellement j aimerais en avoir un de chaque!😉😉😉
