I first thought all the negative reviews about this pharmacy were exaggerated but I shared the experience, and won't go back there again. The manager clearly exploits the fact of being the only pharmacy in an aging neighbourhood where people have no easy alternative or are not familiar with buying online. Not nice.

If you can go somewhere else, please do! Do not be fooled by the smiling staff…..Prices are just a rip off in that pharmacy! Went this morning before work & ended up paying 52€ (yeah you read that right) for a bottle of cough syrup, a pack of vitamin C tablets, one pack of anti-cough tablets & an anti-cold medicine tablet…… This is pure thievery! Stay away from them, unethical behaviour coming from people who are supposed to be helping others!

Top Pharmacie! Accueil très agréable. Mme Caravel à l'écoute et très compétente, notamment en micronutrition et phytothérapie. Sans oublier son sourire bien sûr. Je recommande vivement !

Je suis venu acheter un spray nasal hypertonique en spécifiant que je souhaitais un produit ne contenant que de l'eau de mer. La préparatrice m'a certifié que le produit qu'elle me proposait correspondait exactement à ce que je cherchais... Résultat : je me suis retrouvé avec un spray qui d'une part n'est pas hypertonique et, d'autre part, contient divers composants chimiques qui n'ont rien à voir avec de l'eau de mer... Peut être l'activité principale de cette officine n'est elle pas la pharmacie ? Une chose est sure, l'établissement est à éviter !

They charge more than double what other pharmacy's charge! I called some other pharmacies to price check just the first item on the invoice that came with my delivery: Metagenics Hemo Complex 60 capsules. They charged me €39.90 for this, and the price online is €18. Other pharmacies in Monaco charge from €19.50 to €21 for this. I checked the other items I ordered online and it's the same issue. The pharmacy will not let me return the product or refund the difference. Very unethical practices.

Prendre rdv avec la pharmacienne Mme Caravel, se laisser conseiller et guider par son professionnalisme , sa douceur et sa bienveillance et se prendre en mains grâce à ses plantes et huiles essentielles bio. Un moment à soi dans les mains d’une brillante professionnelle. Je le recommande. Elle connaît son métier. Elle connaît les gens. Exceptionnel !
