Great spot to buy what you need at a good price, but the customer service could have been better as some workers showing attitude, and (Christine, I believe—short height lady with glasses) was particularly unprofessional at one point. When I exchanged a product, all that was needed was to reimburse the price difference. Her wrong explanations confused me, and despite my explanations and moreover the ticket in hand, she kept telling her story and was gasping like “its all about some centimes?!” (Well, it’s about the exchange in general regardless of the amount involved.) When I had enough of this mockery thinking is it really happening or am I dreaming, I left, trying to process the situation, I then realised that it is just really wrong and need to just speak with someone else, so I returned and upon seeing me, she loudly commented to her colleague, 'Oh, here she is again,’ in a dismissive tone and laughed. I ended up speaking to another staff member, who sorted everything out and even explained the situation to her. I told her it’s important to try to understand the customer’s situation, but she said nothing—no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. It seemed completely normal to her to behave this way. Thankfully, the other staff member was very professional and resolved the issue. I hope the management addresses this kind of attitude to ensure a better experience for customers.

Terrible pharmacists! I have a medical condition that requires prescription B-12. I brought my prescription here and they told me the B-12 was not available and there was no way they could order it. Really B-12 a simple vitamin??? I have travelled to many places and have never had an issue obtaining it. The main reason though for the 1 star is that one of the female workers was laughing at me/ the situation! What exactly about a product being unavailable is so funny? Lady you wouldn't be laughing if that were you trying to get your routine prescription. So rude.

I just left the pharmacy and I never stop getting surprised in how the customer service in general in Monaco is getting WORSE every day. In this case, I needed a gift for a friend and I was looking all over the pharmacy for something interesting for her. I ended up with a small travel bag. The two OLD employees that were there didn't stop chasing me all over the store. Imagine me stealing something? I am a Monegasque resident and I have two university diplomas. But this unpleasant incident is not the first one I have here. Apparently the manager of this place only employs rude and dumb people. I think today was the last time I spent my money there.

Very unprofessional, lazy and rude people are working here. Especially on cash desks where they sell not medical things: you can wait forever while staff is chatting with each other and paying absolutely no attention for you until one of them will come and make you an honor to serve you...

I found everything I was looking for in a short time. I wanted to stay longer because this store has so many products, but my husband was in a hurry. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The prices are good and reasonable The shop is well stocked with high quality French beauty products. I will return to this wonderful store again on my next trip to Monaco.
