This was a truly perfect experience. Having dined at numerous other establishments with higher star ratings, I can attest that the quality of both the experience and the cuisine here is superior to many single-starred restaurants. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

The food was too heavy for me that I felt sick. The opening course of the amuse-bouche was pretty good, and so was the bread. The crab appetizer was surprising and had really fun textures. The pasta with peas tasted really weird, it was almost like vinegary. After the seabass course with the almond milk I felt so nauseated the food felt too filling that I was feeling sick. They kept on serving me food that was way too thick, creamy, and filling that by the lamb course, I felt I wanted to throw up just smelling it. I usually always try to finish my food or at least try a bite during tasting menus. I had a taste of the mashed potato and it was okay but at that point I was close to gagging I couldn’t even try the lamb. They still served me both the desserts even though I told them I couldn’t do it anymore. On the way out to the restaurant I was gagging and I threw up in the bathroom (and cried obviously because I spent my hard earned money to feel sick). I was solo dining and I really had my hopes up. I wish the waiters were more attentive because I came out of this restaurant paying 288 USD just to feel so nauseated, sick and to throw up. There was no lightness/freshness between the dishes. Maybe I’ll come back in a couple years if they change their menu and it looks like there’s more balance. Other than that, the ambience was nice with the open view and the open kitchen — but it was too noisy at one point I couldn’t hear the servers describing the dish to me and whenever I told them anything they couldn’t hear properly.

A fine dining restaurant, but the dishes are very simple and small. We celebrated a friend's birthday, we expected a little more. They brought her a small cupcake and didn't even say "happy birthday", there was no surprise, although we warned in advance and were ready to pay extra for the service.

Pavyllon delivered a remarkable dining experience with moments of brilliance, though some dishes fell slightly short of expectations. The Badaboum-style egg was the undeniable highlight of the meal—caviar-infused and utterly delicious. It was one of the best egg dishes I’ve ever tasted, a true masterpiece of flavor and texture. The steamed cheese soufflé, on the other hand, was slightly disappointing. While the concept was intriguing, the watercress overwhelmed the delicate eel sauce, masking some of its potential. The oysters were prepared to perfection, showcasing their natural flavors with just the right balance of freshness and finesse. Similarly, the rainbow trout stood out as a moist, flavorful dish that was executed beautifully. For dessert, the pear conference was a triumph. The meringue was flawless, and the nuts paired perfectly with the creamy ice cream for a harmonious and satisfying finale. The thighs and breasts guinea fowl was perfectly steamed and juicy, though it lacked the depth of flavor that would have elevated it further. Overall, Pavyllon offered a sophisticated dining experience with a few standout dishes, though some elements could have been more balanced. Despite this, the creativity and technique on display make it well worth a visit.

What can I say, I've eaten at many Michelin guide restaurants but this was my first with a star and it lived up to the hype. Being seated at the bar and watching all the chefs work was an experience in itself. Each dish was interesting and delicious. Even foods I wouldn't usually love were outstanding. I had one of the set menus and I'd say it's worth it. It definitely shows that fine dining does not mean you leave hungry, I was absolutely stuffed by the end of the night. The cheese and mushroom souffle was the single greatest dish I've ever eaten. Friendly and attentive wait staff and good knowledge of the wine list.

Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, is nothing short of perfection. My recent lunch there was an absolute delight from start to finish. We were fortunate enough to be seated at a table by the window, offering a stunning view of the sea on one side and an intimate look into the kitchen on the other. The combination of the elegant scenery and the open kitchen created a unique and captivating atmosphere that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The service was impeccable—polished yet adaptable. Our server quickly picked up on our relaxed style and adjusted accordingly, making us feel completely at ease while maintaining the high standard you would expect from a Michelin-starred establishment. As for the food, it truly lived up to its one-star Michelin accolade. In short, Pavyllon Monaco offers an exquisite blend of stunning views, exceptional service, and unforgettable cuisine. A must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable fine dining experience in Monaco.

Sensational Experience!!! The food was excellent! I opted for the 3 course lunch selection paired with wine and it was wonderful. In particular, I enjoyed the Sea Bass. My husband had the Wagyu Beef and it was cooked to perfection. The service was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter’s name was Enzo. From the moment we sat down until we left, he was gracious, knowledgeable and attentive. He made the our time there even more memorable. The setting was perfect. We had a table on the outside terrace with a sweeping water view that was nothing less than picturesque perfection! What more can I say … this restaurant is a 5 + star and we will be returning on our next trip back to Monte Carlo! Annie F - Seattle, WA USA

Pavyllon Monte-Carlo is an exceptional dining experience that perfectly blends exquisite cuisine with breathtaking views. The rice with tuna and fish, a standout from their Asian-inspired menu, is absolutely phenomenal and truly showcases the restaurant's two Michelin-star quality. The sommelier's recommendations were superb, enhancing the meal with perfect wine pairings. Dining at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo is a feast for the senses and a must-visit for any food enthusiast.

We had the pleasure of dining here for our anniversary. From the moment we walked in we had an exceptional experience. On arrival once seated a cart of champagne selections awaited us. We were then provided with small complimentary snacks to start - warm bread with olive oil, an artichoke tart and pastry with anchovy sauce filling. We then had a set of incredible dishes for our main meal. I’m vegetarian so fine dining is not always the easiest however everything vegan and vegetarian was clearly marked on the menu and the vegetarian dishes were delicious, particularly the trouchia, ravioli with chanterelles and the cheese soufflé. My partner had the wagyu beef for his main which came with beef sauce and potatoes, he said it was the nicest beef he’s ever had. For dessert we were treated to extra mini desserts and we were given a complimentary tart with a special message and candle as they knew it was our anniversary. Thank you to all of the staff at Pavyllon for making this a truly special night for us!

Felt a bit disappointed by this Michelin experience. The service was great, the waiters were super friendly and caring. The location was fantastic. We were happy to be sat at the front of the restaurant overlooking the port. However, the food doesn't really warrant the price. Nothing we ate felt like a Michelin restaurant. Originally when we had booked, the tasting menu sounded great, but it looks like in the time between booking and visiting the menu changed for the season. The original menu was more my speed, the one we had experienced was not really in my interest. We had ordered the stuffed zucchini flower (personally my favorite), the vegetable ravioli, seabass, the fowl, and tart chocolate. The waiter kindly brought us the milky cloud dessert on the house which we greatly appreciated.

I don’t know where to start. The food, the service, the views. All absolutely wonderful. Went to a few Michelin star places during this trip to France, this was by far the best. And one doesn’t say that for a Michelin star, but what amazing value for money too on the lunch menu. The staff was just so so wonderful, food was out of this world. We’d go back to Monte Carlo just for this!

Excellence from start to finish. Sit at the counter to watch the kitchen in action - highly recommended! Terrace is nice, but to see the artist at work is Devine. Server Christophe, sommelier Sarah, pastry chef Maxime, and head Chef Guillaume treated us to an exquisite personal experience. There was a wonderful amuse bouche, soft bread, Greek olive oil, and an amazing wine by the glass list. My wife and I both started with the delicate zucchini flower. Stuffed with heaven and surrounded in langoustine cream sauce. Perfect with the Mersault! Next was the veal shortbread for my wife and the Surf and Turf (wagu and lobster tail) for me. Shortbread with chanterelle was to die for. Perfect with Pinot Noir. Lobster tail was smokey and soft. Had some chardonnay left, which matched well. Wagu was delicate, flavorful, and like butter. Absolute perfection. The Cote Rotie had amazing bouquet to match the palette. For dessert, the chocolate tart and port to match were dancing in my mouth. Pistachio Ice cream and Yquem were a match made in heaven. Having been to some of the best restaurants in the world, I can wholly endorse these hedonistic pleasure center for your complete indulgence of gastronomic enjoyment! Book now, thank heaven later for these wonderful experiences you are having.

A charming spot at the Hermitage Hotel. The food is truly wonderful along with the waitstaff. The fresh bread and olive oil are delicious and our meals were quite tasty. While the food is absolutely delicious, I don’t think it’s entirely worth the steep prices. But I suppose you are paying for the experience, the views, and Monaco vibe. Good for a special occasion where you want to go all out.

Had a terrible dinning experience for spending more €1,058 for 3 of us. Including tasting menu (€235) and a la cart scollops and main for Blue lobster with white and red wines in bottle. The taste rather off and loose. The service was poorly maintained through and even excuse by saying only Michelin 3 star is for fine dinning service ! Completed and utterly not true! Better to stay away ..

One of the best restaurants I have ever been (maybe the best). The view of the monaco port is amazing - the hotel where the restaurant is located is absolutely beautiful. The food is great (and so many extras! Is impossible to go out this restaurant feeling hungry), such friendly personal, taking care of the Gasts. Is a Memorable place for special occasions, if you wish. By the night was a good live music and is possible to sit near the restaurant side in a open air lounge, just with view of the port. Beautiful.

Fantastic combination of luxury enviorment and delicious food! Very 'Orthodox' French cuisine, start with scallop, you have duck foil and veal for main. The duck foil is really impressive, red wine flavour sauce and precision cooking skill. You can see beautiful caramel color on both sides, but very creamy inside. The sauce is carefully seansoned to amplify the flavour of foil, but not cover it. The veal is as excellent as the foil, but totally different texture. The inner part keeps pink and really tender, just like shrimp, or medium cooked fillet. The last desert nut shuffle finished this dinner perfectly. As the restraunt's signature dessert, there is nothing you may dislike. Crispy upper surface dressed with nuts, the waiter comes to pour the hot chocolate inside the shuffle. Creamy inside has contrast texture, very soft and creamy, sponge bottom absorbed the hot chocolate and combined the nut flaover, definitely 'Michelin' level. I strongly suggest visitors to try this restaurant, it surely worth every penny you paid. The only pity for the experience is I cought bad cold after arrive Monaco, and my Dr. doesn't allow me to drink alcohol...REALLY Regret.
