It has parking spaces - but they are tiny! And, drive in is on treacherous side unless driving a go-cart, in which case it would probably be fun.
In defense of Monaco parking, they do a great job directing drivers to available lots and tell you how many spaces are available. If there isn't a lot, expect to spend some time searching - why some, this one included give you 1 hour free.

A good underground parking suitable for higher cars or cars with a roof box (we test it with total height of 2.1 meter). Unfortunately I suggest to use a website in advance if you want to park in Monaco with your car. You will get some suggestions depending on the time of your stay. Price was also reasonable compering wit Brussel centrum. The toilets are hard to find and not pretty clean.

We paid 20 euro for an 9 hour stay (this is possibly the daily tariff). We parked a very huge car inside, so it is not that tight. It is in good location, not far away from the Casino. There is also toilet inside.
