I am surprised this store is even in business. We went at 6:40pm on April 4th, and my wife was looking for a specific perfume. They happened to have it. I believe they close right at 7pm. The front door was locked, and this young girl was there, who kind of seemed like "upset" that a customer even entered into their store, which had literally zero other customers around. We wanted to buy a perfume smaller sized one, and cost was Euro 170, and we have US passports, and know VAT refund laws, and she said "sorry, has to be Euro 180 or above". She broke the law by telling us that. But it was our only night in Monaco, so I didn't want to argue or spoil our mood due to this useless young sales lady who probably didn't deserve this job, so we just purchased the larger 75ml version of that perfume for a Euro 200+ cost due to her attitude. At the end, she didn't even care to say "Thank you". Myself and my wife being professionals, always thank the store for their services. Even though she didn't deserve a thanks, I still told her and smiled to her to say thank you. Her response - a stupid blank face, and mum - nothing. Anyways, best wishes to her and this store. If this were my business, she would be out long time ago. Many deserving hard-working people. I will be posting to other online websites too for this horrible experience as well so others are aware.

Yesterday went to purchase a perfume . Lovely store and great location but the staff was so unfriendly that totally spoilt the experience . She was rude and totally gave the impression that she hated the job .

I came 1 time few weeks ago the sales associate was super unfriendly. I came back to buy I parfum and the store was closed in it's open schedule. I waited for 15 min, was late for my appointments and still couldn't get the parfum. Unfriendly they are the only on in Monaco who sell this parfum, it there was someone else I would've never came back. Don't recommend at all. Thank you

I entered the Monaco perfume shop today with the intention of purchasing my usual fragrance created by Julien Sprecher, the owner of "Les Parfums de Marly." The last time I bought it was in Paris, but I've also purchased it in Dubai, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong. A friend suggested I could find it at Paris 8 in Monaco but warned me that he had switched to a store in Cannes due to more professional staff. I was skeptical of this claim, considering that stores carrying this brand typically provide impeccable service. However, my experience at Paris 8 in Monaco was disappointing. Upon entering, I didn't receive a greeting. The two saleswomen were chatting and joking, ignoring me for over 10 minutes. In disbelief, I left and returned with my wife, but the situation remained the same until, after about 15 minutes, they finally acknowledged us. It's unacceptable that a prestigious brand like "Les Parfums de Marly" is represented by a store with such poorly trained staff. I was astonished to discover that this lack of professionalism has been a consistent practice over time, as evidenced by reviews from the past two years. What further surprises me is the standardized and uncommitted response given to anyone leaving a negative review. It's evident that there's a lack of genuine passion for the job and a true interest in the customer. I would appreciate it if this critique could lead to an improvement in your service.

I really love this place. They always have some exclusive products which I can find only there! The shop assistant is super sweet and nice, she already recognizes me and is eager to help. She gives me a lot of good samples after my purchase. Everything I bought there was original always, so it’s super weird that some people say that they bought fakes. I don’t believe that. The very place is super comfy and looks beautiful.

On February 27, I purchased Roses on Ice By Kilian. At the time of purchase, I noticed that the package had been opened. The seller consultant said that this is the last copy, there is nothing wrong with that and this is the original. I bought as a gift. But what a disappointment that it was really a fake!!! The smell is completely different from the original. I'm extremely disappointed with your store
