Lovely roof terrace restaurant, reasonably priced. The pizza and tiramisu was lovely. The Spaghetti Ragu was good but not great. The service was excellent but we did feel a bit rushed to make our meal choice. Saying that, we would definitely recommend as a lunch spot.

Very nice restaurant above market in Monaco on the place d’armes - very nice food - my niece had escalope milanaise which was huge and delicious & I had VITELLO TONNATO excellent, the other guest had the menu of the day - lots of people were having pizzas which looked very good

What an absolute gem! The food was very delicious and could not fault it. Great flawless flavours with impeccable service. One kind suggestion: get there early as the place gets busy as it's very popular due to reasonable prices. Sorry, I only took pictures of the dessert because that's when we realised how good everything was.

As a frequent traveler and former consultant to the 5-star hospitality industry, I would like to highlight a few observations that may help improve your service. The location is excellent, with a beautiful terrace. My companion and I had lunch from 12:40 to 13:40. By 12:45, the daily special was already sold out, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. The waiter initially mentioned the Menu de jour, but when we attempted to order it, we were informed it was no longer available. After placing our order, we inquired about the red wines available by the glass. The waiter suggested a Chianti and a Côtes du Rhône, and we chose the latter. Unfortunately, it was served warm. Additionally, we were not offered water or bread The food—two main courses—arrived 35 minutes after we were seated. There was no black pepper on the table, and when we requested some, we were given an empty pepper mill. We ordered the Penne all'Amatriciana, which was well-prepared, and the Scaloppine al Limone. However, the latter dish was visually unappealing, reminiscent of something from a cheap cafeteria. I had asked to substitute the baked potato for a salad, and what was brought out was simply iceberg lettuce leaves. The overall presentation was uninviting, and the meat was difficult to chew. In conclusion, while the location is appealing, the service was subpar, and the food quality ranged from mediocre to poor.

I was two times during my stay in Monte Carlo here. The staff remembered me and what food I like and was very friendly and welcoming. The location is nice and local and the food is a 10/10. absolutely recommend this place to everybody who loves Italian cuisine! Prices are very reasonable also!

Very beautiful mezzanine area. Very relaxing atmosphere reminding Italy. Italian food, and waiters very kind, helpful and considered carefully our daughters allergy when we asked during order. Nice place for a relaxed date or normal meal. The maitre can be more smily/friendly even if you don't have a reservation. Reservation recommended if you want outside

We were in Monaco just for the day and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice lunch. This place met our criteria of above 4.2 on Google reviews. We arrived at 1.30 and ordered drinks. When they came out we went to order 2 pizza's only to be told, 'no pizza today'. It's 25% of the menu, so we were initially disappointed but that faded when our two pasta dishes arrived. I ordered the Amatriciana penne and my husband had spaghetti with clams. Both dishes were amazing and worthy of 5 stats but then I saw the tiramisu on the table next to us and had to have it. It was a huge slab that we shared and OMG was it good! We sat outside on the terrace and the sun was shining. Great view from the terrace. A perfect lunch in a city we have been longing to visit all the way from Australia. Thank you!

My friend got this risotto for 38 euro. We were shocked cuz there’s a few bacon on top only. The price is a rip off and the taste was horrible. My friend threw up and had diarrhea afterwards. We were really confused what happened because my mussel pasta is actually cheaper and tastes very good.

Good food and service. Went with my family for lunch before new year's eve and the staff was very amicable. Food was also good if you're looking for a nice pasta. It has a terrace which I'm sure it's lovely during spring and summer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dining and alfresco experience at Norma's for the FI Monaco Gran Prix 2023. Patrick and his team went above and beyond in making our the two day event special.
