Worst service ever I keep having people from abroad send me flowers these people are incompetent to even call me to get them delivered I have to pick them up after 6 days delay myself! The comment that you left is ridiculous ! Hahaha pick up yeh, my own anniversary present when I have chats with you saying “you tried to deliver but couldn’t “ at least u apologies!! I have a concierge in the building so therefore the fail to deliver is a lie , so is you trying to call me . After I posted the real stories about you on Instagram instead of apologizing you blocked me ! How unprofessional wow , I recommend no one to order flowers from you and as I can see I’m not the only one who thinks ur incompetent in your job. “Totally unjustified”is your behaviour to your clients, client is always right .
