Diffamation et escroquerie pour les décorations de Noël où le service est pitoyable! J’ai acheté une boite à musique qui ne fonctionne pas et on m’a demandé de « changer les piles! ». En plus c’était un premier cadeau de Noël pour un enfant… et ils ont laissé l’étiquette avec le prix! Pas d’excuses, pas de reprises ni d’échanges… Puis ayant réglé en liquide le commerçant m’a dit qu’il ne faisait pas de ticket de caisse pendant les fêtes de Noël! Un véritable scandale! C’est honteux un tel service en 2025! Un depot de plainte a été dressé par la Police et le gérant devait me recontacter pour s’excuser mais ne l’a toujours pas fait!

Wasn’t able to get a refund / return a candle I had bought the previous day because the cashier currently working didn’t know how to process a return / refund. Was told to come back during the week, but we won’t be here during the week.
