Worst experience ever!! Saw a watch they offered on Chrono24. After contact, they offered me a small discount if I buy outside of chrono24 which I was happy with and then they sent me an invoice which I paid in full. From 6 weeks delivery time it became 6 months and excuse after excuse, it has been 8 months now and I still don't have the watch or my money back. They offered a refund after 6 months but they never sent anything!! Just excuses after excuses again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! They lie to you over and over and give you hope but they won't deliver the watch and you will never see your money again!! Police and Lawyers are involved now...

(My experience with Monaco Luxury Watches is from outside of Chrono24 – on Chrono24 I had an amazing experience with another vendor) Monaco Luxury Watches is a dishonest company you shouldn’t do business with. Wanting to buy a watch, I paid my 20% advance deposit at the beginning of Mar-22, which they received 4 days after. I was aware they had to search around for my watch and there was the possibility that they would not find it, but I was reassured that a refund would have been issued in 14 days in that case. 2 days after they receive my payment in their bank account, they promptly inform me that they cannot source the watch. Which as I said was a possibility. Francesca asks for bank details to issue a refund. I give them to her. I receive no refund confirmation after a week, so I start sending emails. No answer to my calls, whereas they responded to my emails with various excuses (in total, I sent 9 emails over 1.5 months and they responded 3x): 1. the bank has 15 working days to proceed with refund 2. as soon as we receive copy of the refund, we will send it over to you 3. we don’t have access to online banking, that is why refund is delayed 4. the bank informed us that the refund will be before x (and then it didn’t arrive) Only after proving to them that I reported them to the police, they gave me my money back. 2 MONTHS from payment to refund! Avoid.

Unprofessional and dishonnest I ordered a 8000€ watch via them. I followed up every week to make sure they had found the watch and to see how it was moving along. Every time, they confirmed that my watch was ordered and that they were waiting for it. After a month, they announced that the producer of the watch "did not have any in stock" (although the watch is still in production). Then they announced that "I had chosen to retract for the sales" because they offered me to search for another watch and I refused. Don't trust them

I ordered a Chanel watch from Monaco Luxury Watch via Chrono24, but have never received my order. As I needed it for a birthday, I called the store on November 6 to confirm if the can deliver it to Paris by November 29. Roberta confirmed over the phone that the watch will be delivered from a supplier within 1-2 weeks and then they will ship it to Paris which will take one more day. I paid my order on November 8, and this is when the fun started. First ten days, I didn’t even think about the watch, because the store confirmed that we have more than enough time. Then , I called them to check in , but they talked me that the supplier didn’t even ship the watch yet. To make the story short, there have been tons of emails and calls from me and Chrono24 to the seller. I communicated with Roberta, Francesca and Giancarlo. Most of the emails were ignored. They were very annoyed over the phone. During the last call they told me that if I need the watch, I should go to Chanel and buy it . This is what I will do. Don’t waste your time with this dishonest seller!!! Cheers!
