Absolutely shocking service. How can it possibly call itself a private bank? Relationship manager and his assistant never return calls or emails and “work from home” most of the time. High street banks would provide a much better service. Much red tape, outdated practices, no advice, no sense of urgency. An absolute disaster of a bank. Not to mention the lack of digital services.
