Every stay in Monaco is a must.
The welcome is always warm and professional, with a very pleasant cozy atmosphere. The pastries are simply excellent and really have nothing to envy the great brands that can be found in Monaco , and I am serious.
The price-quality ratio is more than correct, especially considering the quality of the products offered. A sure value that I recommend without hesitation!bon appetite

Great place to eat in budget
Surprisingly good, efficient and tasty food at a very reasonable price - I was expecting something else. Risotto and pasta was well done and quantity was filling. We are impressed 🙏🏼

Within walking distance of the casino (2 min), 10 min walk from the waiting station. Lots of seating. Polite manager, but waiters are indifferent, answer dry (minus one star, so 5 out of 5). The day's sentence by 1 p.m. is supposedly over. Prices are average, portions are large, the range of dishes is not very large, but that's good. The choice of desserts could be greater. But most importantly, delicious.

Perfect for lunch
Very good meal in the golden square of Monte Carlo. 35 euros for a Perrier, a salmon dish and pumpkin puree and an espresso. I find the price reasonable considering the place and my dish was excellent! Well served and well seasoned. Very nice waitress.

Very nice restaurant, ideally located. The kitchen is refined for the price.
The wait can be long because there are so many people. But if there are people, it’s good.
It is best to book in advance. I recommend on Monaco.

Mada One was by far my favorite restaurant in Monaco... until yesterday.
Delicious cuisine, neat plates, great location... yes, but Service... what a disaster.
We spent 30 minutes in the restaurant without any waiter coming to see us.
Fish always rots by the head...
On August 8, 2025, I came with my two children (1 year and a half and 4 years).
At 1:50 p.m., we were waiting to be settled. There were free tables – both in the dining room and on the terrace.
After 10 minutes, a client behind us encouraged me to settle directly on the terrace. We're going there: 4 free tables, waiters running around, looking overwhelmed.
I approached a large table near the counter, after having told a waitress that we were coming to lunch. I scan the QR Code to choose our dishes. Ten more minutes pass.
I try to get the attention of a waitress: by the way, she throws us three cards... Why three, when my children can’t read?
My 4-year-old son is getting impatient, waiting for his chicken risotto and orange juice.
Ten more minutes trying to get a server. I turn to a young man who answers “I’m coming,” then disappears to wait tables, fill glasses and take orders elsewhere.
In the meantime, two Third parties of the terrace empties.
Out of patience, I went inside to ask the manager. We are waiting for him... again.
Finally, a man with grey hair, in a suit, approaches. I begin, calmly but visibly upset, to explain the situation to him.
Barely two sentences, and he cuts me off, interrupts me without listening, and repeats me suddenly: “Calm down”, several times, while gesturing.
Frankly, who can “calm down” after that?
Such a lack of respect for a customer who comes to lunch, who is not even served, is unthinkable.
I live in Monaco, I am not a tourist passing through. Who frequents your establishment in winter, when the city is empty? Who recommends you to his friends?
How can a room manager think that instead of listening to a customer disappointed and exasperated by a total lack of Service, it is acceptable to interrupt and tell them that they have never seen them at the Welcoming or on the terrace?
Me, with a big stroller and a 4-year-old, right outside the counter where we take orders!
Yes, I stepped out of my hands and raised my voice. But there I was, trying to calm my children down so as not to disturb other customers, and we were just ignored.
The manager, for his part, condones this behavior and even allows himself to give importance by refusing to listen.
Such “professionals” completely discredit a place, regardless of the quality of the cuisine or the other positives.
The role of a manager is to organize the Service and defuse tensions, in the interest of the restaurant. An establishment lives thanks to its customers!
Your manager, instead of putting out the fire, fanned it to the maximum and destroyed in a few minutes all the trust and attachment I had for you for three years.
It is unacceptable to treat those who respect you, recommend you and choose to come home and celebrate the good times of their lives.

To be an address in Monaco , you can go there to eat well, without losing your salary. Pleasant surroundings , excellent pastries , smile of employees. It is very nice for breakfast.

Delicious risotto, chicken, with cheese and herbs and wine, likely fushion but it works very well and good portion.
Delicious Bao bun with Thai style chicken curry with a twist to improve consistency of the sauce and added on texture with coleslaw and peanut. Well done.
Crunchy fries with Hernz ketchup mayo and mustard in small cans.
Drinks are lemonade and cappuccino, well presented and strong flavour.
No tap water, bottle of water looks nice.
English is fine.

Went there for breakfast on a weekday slightly before 11 AM. First impressions : place is nice but disorganised. No one to welcome you, so I just went to sit where I found a free table. Clearly understaffed. Got the menu fast and ordered a salmon toast without avocado and a tea. Tea was brought rapidly by a young waitress without an ounce of politeness. She just put it on the table without looking at me or uttering a word. I did say a "merci" ...she suddenly turned around and starred at me as if I had committed a crime. A discussion followed...anyway, my toast arrived without avocado but with a poached egg. I mentioned that to the waiter who could not care less. This was a supplement on the menu for 2 Euros, which I did not ask for (too high cholesterol, I could have afforded it of course). The toast was nice but the amount of salmon was not enough. I had finished the salmon and half the toast was still not eaten. In the meantime, the young waitress complained about me to a colleague and came to clear up the table next to me in very loud fashion. By then it was time to leave and you had to go and pay at the till !!!. I had checked the prices and of course, they tried to charge me for the egg as well. It was promptly rectified but what a bad experience : very nice setting, but no customer service at all (other tables were made to wait as well), disorganised, a young waiter walking past dirty table without cleaning them, some other staff clearly working harder but dismissing clients. Thought I would give it another try until I read other reviews saying that some food is not even fresh and prepared in advance. For that price and lack of service , I will not bother anymore and take my money elsewhere. And so should you!!!

Nice place but very rude and arrogant stuff. They did not let us sit outside and said it was closed despite couple of people sitting there. We were dressed well and ready to eat but they dont want customers. Good luck for the future there is plenty of more luxurious places in other parts of the world where you're welcomed. They represent Monaco character very well.

Not far from the casino, a chic and accessible restaurant. A very nice terrace in the middle of greenery. The dishes are varied, appetizing and excellent. The staff is very attentive and professional. Remember to book.

We took 2 menus of the day at 35 € that do not break 4 legs to a duck: gazpacho melon / mint and pasta with tuna and tomato sauce then dessert. Besides a tuna tartare with salad that were good but not very generous! The waitress who took care of us was pleasant and professional which was not a priori the case for all.

I order the menu for the day and I communicated to the Waitress that I didn’t liked the taste of the food and I was ignored about it. Espresso was great, restaurant style and decor was great, customer service was great. But every single table around us was smoking. Felt like we had smoked 2 packs by the end of our 20/25 minute coffee break. Maybe create some more ventilation on the patio by providing a breakup of the solid glass panels?
