Unfortunately poor experience in this boutique from this otherwise good brand. Bought several shirts and back at home one was found to be defective- shouldn't happen with this brand, but ok things happen. Tried contacting the boutique half a dozen times - 0 response by email, even bought special phone package to call monaco - phone number goes to voice message in French and then hangs up. Main Loro Piana customer support center refers back to Monaco. Disappointing

I bought two items and one was faulted. Had to return it within the next day. On inspection in store, many items on sales appear in fact not in immaculate conditions and should never be offered for sale itself. This is not what one expects from a brand of the likes of Loro Piana at all. Don’t go.

Probably one of the worst customer service you can ever experience from a luxury Brand. Bought a bag for a friend and the sales associate gave us the wrong info about the bag she told us it was an extra pocket l19 whereas it was an extra pocket mini pouch. Been trying to return the bag since 2 the last 2 weeks since I have already left monaco. After repeated calls and emails this store declines to answer.

Bought several items from this Loro Piana store. In June 2021, bought a pair of shoes. Recently sold this pair of shoes on Vestiaire and they were authenticated as being fakes. I contacted the assistant I bought the shoes from who still seems to work in the store and asked him for the receipt as I was told they were fake. He then BLOCKED me on WhatsApp. Complaint being forwarded to LVMH. I hope fakes are not being sold at this store somehow.
