60 euros for a regular manicure where some hand cream was only offered because I complained about the cost. Lucky I took my own colour, because they had nothing to offer. What a ludicrous price for a third rate manicure. Never again.

I hated it. Was done doing my nails in 25 minutes. cuticles are still there, the way she was filing my nails my cuticles got irritated and now they hurt so much. Avoid this place at all cost.

I hope the owner this place read this review! I made an appointment 8 days ago Bcz I had an important lunch meeting, I arrive 10 am as my booking, there was lady with glass and black hair and she said they have problem and they can’t do it !! I was so mad Bcz at least they could call me and let me know but the lady with glass and black hair was extremely careless ! Anyway after I said at least remove my nail even if u can’t do a fresh color, she went and ask a very kind and beautiful lady called “ Denisa ” and asked her to just remove my gel, Deniss was very professional and very good and very kind as I explained her that I made an appointment long before and now this is the situation, she asked the lady with black hair and glasses to call her next client and tell her she will b 20 mnt late Bcz she will do my nail! And guess what ! Lady with glass and black didn’t care at all and didn’t call ( she is very careless ) And in d mean while for the color I wanted to do when we ( me and Denisa ) asked that lady with glass for color I wanted she said they don’t have it ….. anyway thanks to Denisa she find her self the color I wanted and she really did great job in a very short time, she did it with heart and smile and I am very thank full but this place is very disorganized and very rude people !!! In fact the only nice person I met and extremely friendly was Denisa , Thank you Denisa I would give 1 star but just Bcz of Denisa I give 2 star and no I do not recommend this place at all !!!!

The new Romanian and italian girls don’t do the mani well . Cuticles are still here and the colour looked nearer before my appointment . Very messy job .
