Perfect evening in an elegant and refined atmosphere.
Located inside the magnificent Hotel Metropole, this elegant and refined restaurant offers the best you could want from French cuisine. Dishes presented very well, excellent products, recipes not particularly elaborate but perfectly executed, flavors and aromas to intoxicate. Impeccable service perfectly coordinated by Mr. Marco, very kind and helpful. In short, a perfect evening in this temple of Monegasque cuisine that well deserves two Michelin stars.

Beautiful Restaurant
A fabulous restaurant in the heart of one of the finest hotels in Monaco. Service is friendly and faultless without being obsequious. The menu is divided into to small sharing starters and then mains. When it came to dessert we had to sadly decline but the sweet trolley looked amazing.
My only criticism is that there were very few vegetarian options in the starters and, from memory, none in the mains. Could this be remedied please?

It was an exceptional experience at Les Ambassadeurs restaurant in Monaco.
The kitchen celebrates the great classics with absolute mastery: no fashion effects or superfluous experiments, but perfect execution, where each dish reveals an admirable balance, precision and respect for the product. Lobsters, caviar, lobster, pigeon, what a pleasure to see a menu that does not compromise and presents only noble foods.
Service is equally remarkable - thoughtful, elegant, and with great accuracy.
From the moment we arrived, we felt like regulars, although this was our first visit. The manager Marco Tognon was exemplary in efficiency and kindness to first find us the ideal table and then ensure that our dinner was perfect from start to finish, attentive to every detail without ever being intrusive. The head sommelier (Frederic Woelfflé, understanding that we appreciate and know wine, shared his thoughtful tips for going off the beaten track throughout our meal. It was a real pleasure to hear him explain how he had made this cellar one of the most beautiful references of the French Riviera.

Excellent but without “magic”
I gave it 5 stars but as far as I am concerned if there was a chance I would have given 4.5.
You can not say that everything is not of the highest level, the hotel that hosts it, the Welcoming, the Service and of course also the menu and especially the flavors tasted.
Of course, for where it is located and for its category, prices are particularly high, especially for wines.
It was a beautiful evening but for everything just expressed and consequently of the very high expectations I just say that I missed a little magic in general.
A bigger and more elegant table, a few more cuddles (for example you can not stay for more than 10 minutes with an empty wine glass and then have to ask the waiter to kindly fill it since the bottle is in their availability and not on the table), portions only slightly more abundant and in general the feeling of feeling in a two Michelin stars and not only in a good restaurant.

One of the finest dining experiences I’ve ever had in the world.
The flavors are like a kaleidoscope – vibrant, surprising, and perfectly balanced. Every detail is exceptional: the quality, creativity, and presentation shine through in every dish. From the artisanal breads with fresh homemade butter and olive oil to the seafood, fish, meats, and vegetables, everything is crafted with extraordinary care and imagination.
I don’t want to forget mention that The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome, turning the evening into a memorable experience. The atmosphere is equally outstanding: elegant, tastefully decorated, making it the perfect place to enjoy a special meal.

My son and I came into this dinner a little nervous that the experience would be stuffy since it is a two star Michelin restaurant but all of our concerns fell away as soon as we were welcomed by the staff.
Can’t say enough about how the staff made us feel like family and met every need of ours and were engaging with both me and my son.
The food matched the service. The hands down best meal in my life.
The bread cart was a delight, the courses melted in your mouth and the dessert cart was a joy.
After our dinner, we were invited back to the kitchen to meet the chef and see the operation. They made us feel like VIPs.
Thank you to the entire staff for the highlight of our European trip.

This was a truly memorable dining experience worth all the accolades. Everything about the service, food, and environment was impeccable and located inside a beautiful hotel. We did the tasting menu for 2 and was worth every bit. The portion sizes were generous and the chef was outstanding on our night - very flavorful dishes all perfectly crafted. It does take a while to savor the full experience, so be prepared to spend enough time if you do the tasting but highly recommend. Best restaurant I have been to hands down!

Les Ambassadeurs is the epitome of a luxury experience. The service was impeccable. The wait staff were so attentive and anticipated our every need and thought. The food was incredible and we left completely full which can be difficult in a Michelin star restaurant due to the portions. The maître d’ suggested the souffle for us to share for dessert and that was a great recommendation. The atmosphere was very inviting and intimate, a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion with your loved ones. While this is a 2 star Michelin restaurant, and it is certainly expensive, I think it was very good value for money. Overall, this was such a pleasant experience, and this was the best service I have received in the principality so far. I will be coming here again.

One of the best dining experiences we've ever had! We were in Monaco to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th birthday, and after extensive research, I decided to make a reservation at Les Ambassadeurs—and thank goodness I did! From the moment we walked in, Les Ambassadeurs exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon being seated, they already had a stool ready for me to set my purse on—indicative of the level of care and attention to detail throughout our evening. Having dined at numerous Michelin-starred restaurants, including ones holding three Michelin stars, I can confidently say that Les Ambassadeurs is one of the very best. The week prior, we had dined at a two-star Michelin restaurant, and both my fiancé and I were in agreement: Les Ambassadeurs was much better and undoubtedly deserves to receive at least two Michelin stars. We opted for the tasting menu, and while we loved every dish, some of the standouts include the caviar cannelloni (the best caviar I've had in my life), the scallops which were the freshest scallops I've ever had, lobster lasagna, the bread cart, and of course, the cheese cart. There were THREE different carts during our whole dining experience; it was incredible. When I requested a substitute, swapping the lemon tart for the soufflé in the tasting menu, our waiter insisted we try the lemon tart and would bring out the soufflé as well for us to try, on the house! It's this level of hospitality and generosity that sets Les Ambassadeurs apart. To top off the evening, they personalized a lemon tart with my fiancé’s name, adding an extra touch to the already special night. They even gave us a goody bag of treats to enjoy the next morning! We're absolutely thrilled that we chose Les Ambassadeurs for such a special occasion, and should we find ourselves back in Monaco, a return visit will undoubtedly be on the cards!
