Very nice restaurant 2 minutes walk from the palace
Small meal for the second time at Pinocchio as a couple for my wife's birthday, nice and friendly welcome from Jean-Marie. The suggestions of dishes he offered us did not disappoint us and we regret nothing. Excellent Monegasque beer. The service is fast.
As for the prices, we do not find it excessive, they are correct, given the welcome and the quality dishes and their freshness. We'll be back.

Nice waiter, but a restaurant catches tourist,who surfs the reputation of monaco
A school canteen kitchen with really too expensive prices, a bottle of water that we pretend to open in front of the customer
drinks served by the glass and not in bottles , recipes too strange ,such as the suggestion gorgonzola and squash pastes (we are still looking for cheese
And pasta as served in a squash soup, practically not eating, and no remarks from the waiter on the plate full
Frankly to avoid 172 € to 5 for a dish and a drink per person

Friendly welcome, food decent
We found this place in the old town and were slightly “cajoled” into taking a table by an enthusiastic waiter. We sat outside and the street was quite quiet. Drinks were lovely (especially the Monaco spritz), food was good, but nothing more. Staff friendly.

food was great!! our server recommended us a meal option and it did not disappoint! he was a great employee who kept checking in on us. being americans visiting on a trip we haven’t been into many places that from the start the staff was very friendly so it was a great experience! it was a very cozy and inviting restaurant overall! i would definitely come back as often as i could if possible! thanks to our lovely waiter again for being an amazing host to us! :)

Very nice restaurant next to the palace
Very nice restaurant 2 minutes walk from the palace. We ate a very tasty pasta dish and the homemade tiramisu was excellent. Very nice staff.

Very disappointing close to Italy!
We stopped for lunch. We took two pinsas. The one called "Margherita" didn't even contain tomatoes!
The quality was really disappointing, especially for the price: 20 euros minimum for any pinsa, that is clearly not justified. Very touristy of course considering the situation.

Worth a visit!
Well worth a visit! Nice service, cool atmosphere, lovely chicken burger and a fantastic good Monaco Spritz! Here it is just to take the trip!

Everything here was perfect. Very nice people, quick service, and fast, fresh food. We came here with 7 people and sat with Victoria. She is truly amazing. Not only did she provide excellent service, she helped us with a few non-food questions and even helped us out to unscrew some security screws from my son's toy car. I wish more people were like Victoria. The gnocchi with pesto was perfect.

Great place, wonderful people and VERY tasty food. Loved everything about it. Mid meal the waiter noticed that our table was getting too much sun and they asked us if we wanted to move. We were so quickly whisked to another table to finish our meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the old town.

Over 50 years in business (the writing on the flag said since 1970’s), this is a hidden gem in Monaco’s palace ludicrously narrow street.
Food wise, I would personally give 6 stars. Not 5 but 6 stars. We ordered :
1. Shrimp pasta was out of this world. Imagine a sauce made with blendered shrimp stock, garlic, butter, onion, hint of tomatoes tossed with springy and perfectly cooked hand made (assumption) pasta. We had to fight over this pasta. It was soooooo goooooddddddd.
2. Carbonara was thick with rich and decadent egg yolk, crispy bacon (unfortunately not guanciale), perfectly balanced parmigiano cheese (not pecorino, again I assume), and the marvelously cooked pasta.
3. Ragu with very savoury and rich passata, complemented with minced veal and sprinkles of cheese. Oh and a God sent well cooked pasta.
4. Fish and chips (nothing much to comment), its just fish and chips cooked to perfection. Great batter.
5. Nice pizza diavola. Spicy, crispy, perfect thickness and generous toppings.
The best italian food we had throughout our 17 days trip in France.
The outdoor setting with a little garden was the bait that lured us to try. It was nice, green, and serene settings.
The waitress was OK. Not friendly, not snooty. Just OK. He quickly set up seatings and take our order in orderly fashion.
Pricewise : YES it is 5-7 euros more expensive than the restaurant just across it, BUT, food wise, it is a culinary journey. The outdoor seatings also helped the price difference.
Recommended for those we wanted to lick their plate clean. I’ll buy the shrimp recipe if they sell it.
