Welcome drink fee: UNACCEPTABLE!
Barely settled, a waiter offers us glasses of champagne. We choose two from the choices offered in a refrigerated rolling cart.
At the time of the addition, we note on the addition that glasses of champagne are actually paid for: 42€ and 68€! (more expensive than in a 3 star..)
The fact that they have never mentioned their price, or even simply discreetly mentioned it, is simply unacceptable.
This way of doing things is not worthy of such a place. Sadly disappointed.

Paradise restaurant!
An extraordinary restaurant in all respects! Very warm welcome, particularly attentive service, special mention for Eve, Ani and Stéphane very attentive and really little care for guests. The dishes of this Michelin-starred restaurant are all more delicious than the last! Everything is absolutely delicious , beautifully presented and very healthy! The sea view, luxurious decor and very pleasant atmosphere of the Grill make this restaurant a paradise! Congratulations to all the wonderful team at this wonderful restaurant!

Wedding Anniversary meal
We booked this restaurant because we wanted somewhere special to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint.
We were given a lovely window table and the service was excellent . All the staff took time to have a chat and explain the dishes.
I wish I could remember the man’s name who went above and beyond by his service and when I said I was a little warm and he said he would open the roof , I laughed thinking he was joking but he really did 😂.
We knew it would be very expensive and it was , but for a fabulous memorable occasion it was worth it.
The only down side was some of the fellow diners in hoodies and casual dress when we were under the impression it was a strict dress code in the evening.

Excellent food with unique views
Unique food about Monte Carlo! We had different starters and as a main course a steak. Everything at its finest. Also the dessert and greeting from the kitchen very good. The chef has once again outdone himself. The service was extremely previous. We will come back!

Happiness in the eighth heaven...
Of course, one cannot overlook the view of the changing reflections of the Mediterranean, dazzling in its cape of azure embroidered with silver; but it would be nothing without the benevolence of attentive service, the enlightened advice of a sommelier of great competence who knows how to "tell wine", and the exceptional quality of cuisine that led us to congratulate the whole team, so delighted we were by our lunch. As usual, seasonal soufflés complete an exceptional meal. Bravo and thank you!

Quality of food and culinary technique were outstanding. The pigeon breast and rack of lamb were tender and flavorful. We would recommend the 4-course taster menu (Constellation Menu). The Grand Marnier soufflé deserves special mention - but the taste can be overwhelmed by too much liquor. Service was attentive as you would expect of a restaurant of this standing. Patrons were smartly-dressed, even for lunch, luckily we were not too shabby! Complimentary tray of chocolates at the end of the meal was a delightful surprise.

Simply the best
We can just eat here daily and never ever get bored by dishes, food choices and its quality. Every dish that we tried is simply best, presentation, taste, quality of the ingredients. All accompanied by best sommeliers Massimo, Mathias and best service by Simeone, Samuele, Mirko, Alirio, Ivan and our favorite Ives! Thank you for making our dinners extra special, for doing all with genuine care and love in what you do. You make us feel like family and we cant wait to get back.

Special thanks to Mathias that went above and beyond to deliver a surprise chocolate box by Alain Ducasse ( even though Le Louis was closed). Thank you Mathias! Elegance, refinement, lightness and flavour
Exceptional welcome, extraordinarily attentive service, up to what the most demanding guest can expect. The restaurant is wonderfully located facing the sea.
The meal is simply fabulous!
Amuse bouche is delicious: a foie gras crust pie (world champion of the genre), Raviolo with truffles... a pure delight, foie gras and its candied quince filling is probably the most sublime you can taste!
The pigeon melting with its cracking crust is a pure wonder!
What about dessert? A fireworks display of delights, a delight! A plate of succulent fruit, a delicious pavlova and a magnificent soufflé at Grand Marnier.
A variety of sweet treats all very tasty close this wonderful lunch.

A unique panorama and the best rack of lamb we've ever eaten
The Michelin-starred restaurant on the top floor of the Hotel De Paris Monte Carlo has an incredible panoramic view of Monte Carlo including the Casino. Spacious, quiet restaurant with attentive and attentive service. And above all with first-class Mediterranean cuisine, rack of lamb from Provence in a savoury crust, it was the best lamb we have ever had. Unforgettable Dinner with a View at Le Grill!
OMG what a culinary experience! Le Grill hits all the right notes, from spectacular views or the Monte Carlo yachts from its eighth floor location in the Hotel De Paris to the delicious food offerings to the impeccable service.
Although it is a high priced fine dining it is still less than its sibling, the Louis IV restaurant on the first floor. It all started with the Champagne cart, from which we chose a Rose Brut that paired well with the Rib Angus de Castile for 2, which I saw perfectly prepared in the Kitchen that is feasible from the dining room. We followed this with the scrumptious Grand Marnier Soufflé.
This dinner was the highlight dinner of our 3 week vacation in France and Belgium an unforgettable night. If you are looking for a memorable dinning experience, you cannot go wrong in taking a ride to the eight floor of the hotel de Paris and enjoy the experience.

Exceptional Exquisite Restaurant
One of the most beautiful and breath taking restaurants in the whole of Monaco.
We visited there for my daughter's birthday for the 2nd year running.
We were served by a lovely gentleman who ended up getting a well deserved hug for making my daughter's birthday even more special.
The food is outstanding and absolutely delicious.
There is nothing I would fault apart from the Bloody Mary which was not served spicy and there was no ice and lemon.
It is on the expensive side but it is worth every penny.
A big thank you again to the team, you are all a credit to this establishment and we can't wait to see you all again real soon.

This was the best dinner dining out as a couple we have ever experienced in our lives. And we’ve eaten at the best places in NYC,Florida,Europe etc. Incredible attentiveness paired with outstanding cuisine and atmosphere all meshed together for perfection. The manager, whose name escapes me, made for such a memorable experience. The servers were also so professional and polished and personable. Really a model in how hospitality in a restaurant should operate. Thank you for the most amazing memories.

We had amazing table with view,the food was amazing and tasty but I am not satisfied from the service. there were more than 20 waiters but we were waiting 15 minutes to receive the wine list,than all the time my husband glass stay empty from wine and we had to ask them to come.They bring me some starter but I didn’t have fork so again I had to ask them and wait to bring me fork.They didn’t offer us desert,we had to ask them.In general nothing serious but for such a expensive restorant and for so many hired staff they should do it better. but the atmosphere and food was super super good.We were happy

Le Grill is next-level. One-star Michelin inside a Paris hotel in Monte Carlo, but the vibe feels more like Dubai—super opulent, over-the-top in the best way. They open all the windows when the weather’s good, and the view is unreal. You’re literally watching the sunset and the moon rise while eating dinner. Pretty unforgettable.
Seems like they only do one seating per night, so service is focused and relaxed. Food was excellent—filet is a standout. Massive wine list. Only weird note: they didn’t crumb the table or reset silverware as precisely as you’d expect at this level. But the support staff more than made up for it—kind, attentive, really welcoming.
We stayed nearly four hours. It’s that kind of place—slow, indulgent, and worth it. Would definitely come back.

With a panoramic view as sublime to the Mediterranean as one dreams that everything will be agreeable. So what about this meal? The extremely sober decoration in blue tones has cleverly served the glare that the top rounded floor of the Hotel de Paris offers to its visitors. The service, if one wants to be a little harsh, might be a more deferential suspicion, but on the whole everyone is quite attentive to the table he is in charge of. The lunch menu offers only two alternatives per starter, main course and dessert. No problem with that but the dishes themselves may lack originality. Once on the plate, the portion of gamberoni looks like a curiste dish and there is neither the acidity nor the liveliness of nectarine, ginger and lemongrass. The bar was very well cooked but you can not find the taste of the embers and the courgettes were very salty. The dessert really nice and deliciously crisp. This half-hearted meal is no doubt a small accident on the course either of the chef or more likely on our part: you do not win a Michelin star by chance.

Unforgettable experience! First of all, this exceptional view that embraces all Monaco and beyond. Then the kitchen, what to say... Absolute delight. The Menu Constellation has won us over unreservedly. Rare to have a luxury restaurant that offers an unbeatable view AND exquisite food. The blue lobster and lamb chops were perfect. Staff even prepared a dessert for us to celebrate our pregnancy. If willing to splurge in Monaco (which I’m sure you are if you’re in Monaco anyways), would highly recommend this high-end establishment.

Absolutely fantastic food that easily surpassed the four other Michelin star restaurants we visited in Paris last week! Mushroom pasta entrees were full of rich and savory flavors. Great bread was served with it. The Pigeon main course was even better. We had it rare and it was so tender and vibrant with a depth of subtle taste and texture. Dessert was the soufflé, mine was raspberry and my wife’s chocolate. The chocolate was almost too chocolate for me, but my chocoholic wife said it was perfect. By the time coffee and little sweets arrived we were both very pleased and satisfied! Also the service was excellent and the views world class. This is well worth it, if you are in Monaco don’t hesitate.

Lunch in this establishment was pleasant mainly because of the quality cuisine, but above all an exceptional setting. It is to be regretted however the welcome provided by the hostess of the entrance, not very warm, and the service of a young man rather nonchalant or at least not experienced. Let’s say they could both make a little effort... Anyway I did not find this time the magic that I had known the first time, while the addition, allows to claim to an experience quite different. I hope to find again the next time we go there the little trick in addition that must offer an establishment of this rank.

I was extremely disappointed with my trip to Le Grill. While there is no denying that a view is definitely lovely, service was anything but welcoming and made no attempt to approach what one would hope from a high-level establishment like this. Entrees were only warm, at best, and anything but impressive from a flavor perspective—it was not anything memorable or refined. What could have been an evening to remember was hurried and impersonal. Given all that good word, overall, the evening was not up to par. Restaurants like this have to be better than a pretty view. I will not return.

Beautiful views especially during the day. If you ask, can take photos on the balcony. Very creative and delicious food. The sea bass was a little dryer than expected, but the seabream was good if you like raw fish. We did the tasting menu for lunch which was good. One of the servers was super nice to give us an additional side view on the far side of the balcony to see the marina as well. They did a little birthday cake with candle and singing as well when requested.

Our party of two had a delicious meal at the lovely restaurant overlooking the main square of Monte Carlo. Some people wore nice jeans and sweaters and other parties were more dressed up. We liked that there was an a la carte menu as well as a tasting menu. The amuse bouche was yummy, and so was the foe gras to start. Bread, of course, was delicious. For mains we had delicious tender and perfectly cooked lamb chops and very good scallops. Dessert was the famous chocolate soufflé and then they brought wonderful madeleines and other delicious bites with our coffee. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The view was amazing and the food , service was impeccable! The location in the Hotel de Paris is wonderful. It’s very expensive and portion size is basically for taste. This is not a daily spot to go if you’re on a budget, but nice to go for a special meal / occassion.

The location, service, and food were excellent. We were grateful to secure a table without a reservation, and the servers were both attentive and kind. The views were stunning, adding to the overall experience. At the start of our meal, we were offered a glass of Prosecco, which we initially assumed was a complimentary touch typical of fine dining. However, we were surprised to find that each glass was priced at $60.

The restaurant and views are spectacular.. Great place for people watching. The sommelier had trouble communicating in English and couldn’t explain or offer us much direction with the wines. I told the waiter that I love l’entrocote which is close to the rib. Knowing this he shouldn’t have recommended the dry chateaubriand. Meal could have been better if we had better direction.

Monaco is a different league compared to St Tropez which is no longer what it used to be. The Grill has spectacular views, we had a table on the terrace, service was prompt, food was divine. Bravo!

The atmosphere and service was excellent. The restaurant was able to book us in last minute and also source us halal meat to our pleasure. We were only able to get the lamb and poultry halal. Therefore, we ordered rack of lamb with potatoes and the chicken breast with skinny fries. The potatoes was not nice and I think should be removed from the option as a)it’s not aesthetically pleasing and b) it tastes of air. We ordered a dessert of chocolate soufflé but the waiter did not give me a chance to take a picture before dishing it out which was upsetting but nevertheless i got over it. Lovely experience in a Michelin restaurant.

Perhaps our favorite SBM restaurant whose location with breathtaking views, impeccable service and amazing food makes us stay customers for life. By far, the best Michelin-starred restaurant I've visited. When making the reservation, I mentioned I'd be having lunch to celebrate by early birthday and as soon as I walked into Le Grill, to my surprise, I was welcomed by big smiles and best wishes. Everything was great and the food was amazing. The service... OMG, 100% superb. Antonio, Stephen and George were kindly enough to explain everything and made my lunch worth the while. Their service skills and attention to details were off the charts (thank you SOSOSOSO much!!!) - they also brought a cake with a candle, sang both Happy Birthday and Joyeux Anniversaire and even called out Chef Julien to also celebrate. I saw the moving ceiling in action and it took my breath away, so marvelous. I definitely will be back again, my experience in Monaco was more than great and Le Grill was the cherry on top!

Amazing view about Monaco and you see the ocean and very nice employees. It is not so loud there. I like when it is not so loud in a restaurant. The bread was very good freshly baked. I have taken what was recommend and it was the chicken with herbs with mashed potatoes. It was very good. I got a small starter as a gift it was nice too. Also I got a dessert :D Thank you to the cook.

souffle of five flavor was really a surprise! We had a very nice lunch there. Pity that the wind is too strong we couldn't make it to the balcony. Otherwise it would be a perfect meal with a perfect view. All ingredients are super fresh, and not salty(which is really great)! There were two tables there to celebrate birthdays. One is an 80 year old lady. We gave our sincere bless. Obviously, this is a nice place even for the local people. All the services are subtle and interesting to communicate with. Live the place!

Book a table well in advance as this place is popular. The food quality is outstanding!! The fish I has was like heaven. For €70/3-course lunch, it was totally worth the price!
