That's great. Professional service and very nice. Prices in line with the quality of refined homemade dishes and balanced quantities. Perfect fish cooking. Inventive presentation while remaining within the measure. We're leaving happy. We'll come back twice rather than once. Long live the chief.

What we were served here was simply a mockery of the customer. A ham and cheese toast for 10 euros turned out to be two tiny slices of bread with the crusts cut off, with a bit of ham and cheese thrown on without any thought. The portion was like a quarter of a loaf, and the look and quality were exactly like something anyone could make at home in five minutes. The taste? Virtually none. The ham was such low quality that it honestly felt as if it came from a rat, not from any decent food product. The waffle was another absurdity. One waffle, after currency conversion, cost about 60 PLN. Dry, completely tasteless, dusted with something that resembled chemical powder rather than powdered sugar, topped with whipped cream and three raspberries or some other symbolic garnish purely for appearance. Zero flavor, zero enjoyment. Paying this much for something like that is unacceptable.

I didn't like that time with my girlfriends. Restaurant that clearly needs a good refresh! Skinned faux chairs , tables painted and repainted with splinters , a cold duck I had to eat with my coat, and cleanliness not top (see the state of salt and pepper shakers on the tables)
For today's meal starter good. For the dish the fish was bcp overcooked and the creamy chocolate dessert with which I thought I would feast well not at all! Real bof. It sticks to your teeth

Absolutely the best beach spot in Monaco – no competition! The atmosphere is amazing, the service is on point just like it should be, and the food is super good. In view of the comments we expected better, indeed we took the menu at 40€: starters RAS, hearty but not confit lamb mouse dishes, slightly overcooked fish and obviously not homemade desserts. The restaurant is very noisy but the waitress is very friendly. Hearty but expensive menu

Great lunch in a friendly restaurant
This is a small restaurant located in the centre of Ouistreham with a free public car park across the street. We booked a table for lunch in advance via Facebook but there were only four other couples (who all appeared to be French locals) there when we arrived. The waitress was warm, helpful and friendly (though did not speak any English). The food was excellent - my fish soup was sublime as was the pork in camembert sauce that followed. (My wife had moules - large portion with real chips). Not particularly cheap (especially the wines/bottled water) and the menu was a bit confusing, but overall a very satisfying culinary experience. Will definitely return.

Endroit très beau mais attrape touristes…. Carpaccio de gambas ok, salade pas digne d’un plat… attention à la pêche du jour qui est une belle arnaque et que dire des huîtres… 10€ pièce! Bref… et le pompon, le serveur qui me dit que le service n’est pas compris et se rajoute 40€ sur l’addition. Merci mais non merci. Nous ne reviendrons plus.

La Rose des Vents is such a gem in Monaco! Beautiful location right on the beach, with a peaceful atmosphere that’s hard to beat. I went for lunch and loved it, but it’s also perfect for dinner if you’re looking for an elegant and romantic setting. Service was very attentive too – highly recommended.

The only thing is that the menu is very inconvenient. Small letters on corrugated paper, which are difficult to read in the dark. I recommend offering guests an illustrated menu on the restaurant's website, where the appearance and weight of the dishes are indicated.

I'm having to rewrite this as the restaurant slandered my post saying we was not customers which is utterly shocking. I came here with friends for some after dinner drinks from Neptune (which is amazing by the way you should go!) And me and my friend briefly took some photos on the decking where the tables and chairs were. It was a very hot day, and the man who appeared to be the manager did not want to be working in the extreme heat from his attitude. He rudely told us to tidy up as we left the chair pulled out a little from where I had a photo. Of course this was no problem to push this back in easy mistake, we just had taken a photo and was looking at them through our phone. He then told us rudely to clean up the condensation ring on the table. We was so shocked at how abrupt and rude he was telling us to clean up our mess when we was customers. So my friend said yes so you can clean it up then as it was indeed his job to tidy up after customers. Nonetheless I didn't want the drama so I wiped the condensation ring off the table with my hand, in utter shock at how rude this man was. And to make things worse, he walked off muttering under his breath "F** B****" The man then came to all of us on the beach and told us all to leave whilst we was enjoying our drinks! Then he started arguing with my friend, and then lucky our other friend managed to calm him down as he was clearly attracted to her as he was like dough in her hand. The venue responded to this review pointing out how long ago it was (not relevant as this still happened) and then said we was not customers, suggesting we made a pit stop just for photos! Due to copyright i cannot share it here, it was however posted on my last review which I have deleted and reposted now. I emailed the restaurant to give them the opportunity to apologise and verify our visit by sending my bank statement. I got no response other than the horrific one on my past post. I am in sheer shock that they would even suggest that we was never there. I have been sure to include their response in this review. Monaco is an expensive place, no one pays the extortionate price to be spoken to like that. As a first time visitor to Monnaco I was very put off because of this place. I am a passionate foodie and whilst we came here for drinks, we would of returned for dinner anouther day if this had not happened. It's a really nice venue, but it's staff let it down. There was only 1 man that was lovely at the entrance. I kept thinking not to write this review no matter how long ago it was, but I think it's important that people don't go to places that can ruin their holiday.

I came here with my friends last summer and the manager was incredibly rude. He swore under his breath calling my friend a f###### bi### I was so shocked! We were taking photos on the tables and chairs, and the man had a go at us as we had pulled the chair out to take a photo, and our drinks had left a condensation ring on the table. He told us to clean it up which I thought it was rude, I brushed off the ring on the table until my friend said you can clean it then? He then tried to chuck us out and had an argument with my friend. We only managed to stay longer as he fancied our friend! He was like dough in her hand as she tried to reason with him. Not a great first impression of monaco at all. If anything we was providing free marketing as we are content creators, no need to be so rude. The business responded to my last review and said we wasn't customers so here is proof of my purchase that we did have drinks here on the beach. Shame as it's a nice venue but the man working there let's it down. I emailed for the business to take accountability and apologise, and to rectify their previous response to my feedback and I was ignored. Their previous comments suggested we stopped by for a pit stop for photos and were not customers. Attached is the proof that we did indeed have drinks from there on their beach setting. Whilst the restaurant also made comment that the review was based on a date so long ago, it doesn't matter. It still happened, and left a stain on our experiences of Monnaco. Experiences like this create unfortunate memories and when we recall this trip, this place always comes up. I felt it was important to share this with others, as Monte Carlo is an expensive destination and our actions did not warrant such behaviour. I highly reccomend Neptune next door as they were much nicer and valued our custom. They also didn't mind us taking photos.

Resident in Monaco and Monegasque, I decided to go for a drink with a friend and her daughter, towards Larvotto ... and the Rose of Winds. After waiting five minutes in front of the establishment, a waiter finally comes to us, sets us up, gives us the cards and leaves. Fifteen minutes later, no one has come to take our order! I call a waiter (I specify that it was 5pm and the establishment was empty) and ask him if we can place an order, so he takes our order. Two minutes later another waiter arrives asking us what we want to consume, when I tell him that we have already placed an order he answers yes but you can tell me again what you want! At that moment I should have understood where I had landed and fled... We order a coca 0, a pineapple juice, a blueberry juice and two bottles of water, a tray and a carbonated one. The waiter brings us the drinks, and tells us I don’t have half a bottle but only bottles of a liter! I ask him if he can bring us a carafe of still water and that it will be fine (my friend’s daughter had to take a medicine), answer “no it’s not possible the water is not good to drink here”. In front of my astonishment, he said wait, I'll see he comes back with as if by chance the two half bottles we had ordered. Total check 33 €, a Coke 0 of 20 cl, two unfortunate glasses of juice and two half bottles of water!!! A shame!!

There was no doubt from the moment we entered. My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful evening in this breathtaking location. They delighted us first with appetizers and welcome cocktails and then continued with one of their best sellers, the lobster package. I have never eaten it so good in my life. We ended this dinner with a great cut of fresh fruit. The staff super welcoming, kind and super attentive to every detail. What about it? Go there and you won't regret it.

We passed along the beach and we wanted to have two glasses of wine. we arrive , the restaurant at 12.30 am is empty , Saturday 8 February , we order white wines , perfect good , but for 24 € each glass, no worries but no side dishes , no peanuts just, mini. Really not great. we even wanted to have two more drinks, but without accompaniment we left and say that the restaurant Saturday mi was empty and that there were 7 to 8 employees!!! You have to take back the job!!!!! or the fact that you are on Monaco , it swells your ankles

Gorgeous setting and my lobster pasta was really good. When we ordered the check it took three waiters and a longer wait than normal to get it, and the restaurant wasn’t even particularly busy. It was overall enjoyable apart from the deafening music. If I’m allowed a request, please keep the loud crazy music only on the weekends or summer, there’s people who still like to enjoy a conversation during their lunches…Also I live in Larvotto and it’s annoying having both you guys and Neptune competing daily to see who’s got the worst/ loudest playlist.

If you feel like spending a nice lunch at the beach or a romantic dinner by the sea this is the right place on the beach of Larvotto. Dishes based on fresh fish of the highest quality, we tasted a mix of raw and non-raw appetizers, a spaghetti killer nothing short of fantastic and closed in beauty with their ice cream made at the moment. Great service, the managers and the guys very kind, very nice and very prepared. Highly recommended

The staff is rude and arrogant. The service is non existing. 10 of them and not one could say hello.... not to talk about to ask if I would like to have something...The same was repeted when my guests arrived... invisible. When we did finally ask if we could order something the person in charge of the staff in his dark red suit was quite unhappy limit arrogant. He was not happy that we ask "him" if we could order, as we have been waiting quite some time! He probably tought we are tourist in Monaco, as I can see how many other has been commented about the arroancy of the staff. In the past use to be charming and welcoming ambiance. Since they have moved to the new location seems like they have forgotten how to welcome people. My guest that use to live in MC for 20 years just behind the restaurant could belive how bad has become the service. All this did cut off our apetit !!! It is plenty of other nice places in Larvotto.... Just go few meters ahead and you will find them. Don't waist your time or mony with arrogant people.

On the beach is nice but staff so rude! My partner was abruptly stopped when going to the restaurant toilet and told “they’re private” , not even ‘sorry they are only for clients’ which we were, and would have been appropriate thing to say in case of doubt . This restaurant is SO much better now than it used to be. The food is 10/10, so is the service. We went in the evening and the only issue we encountered was the DJ’s music being too loud to the point where we couldn’t really talk. But aside from that, it was fantastic and I’m pleasantly surprised at the improved food quality.

I had the best day at the beach drinking wine on my lounge chair at Marco. It was the highlight of my trip to the cote d'azure. I see others have negative comments on service, but I found it to be very friendly. The servers were very busy, and I was sitting by the hostesses, and so I just walked over if I needed something, and they politely accommodated me. The water here is the lightest blue I've ever seen in Europe. I love this place and I will be back!

We are locals. We have been twice. The food is excellent except for one Italian young waiter that has a horrible attitude that puts you off ever going there. He took our bill and never brought us the change, and his attitude is just arrogant. The other waiters and people working are wonderful and it’s unfair that one person ruins the other peoples efforts.

I have no idea how anyone can give a bad rating on this restaurant. Actually some of those statements are referring to Pizza though this restaurant doesn’t even have Pizza! Anyway, you may expect absolutely extraordinary Italien fish. Each of the dishes will be freshly made and you should be prepared for having to wait a while. This is what happens, if you’re serving fresh dishes. From what I know, they don’t even have a menu so ask the waiter. By the way: it always helps being nice to them! My recommendation: Spaghetti alle vongole e bottarga

Went there for dinner at 7:30pm and was slightly sceptical as the place was empty. By 10pm it was full. We had pizzas there and they were really good and made us quite full. Went for rose wine. The view is nice and quite appeasing especially if you are on the ground floor with view on the sea.
