Je viens depuis des années, ai toujours été très satisfaite à tous les niveaux, aussi bien de l'accueil téléphonique que les secrétaires qui êtes très agréables et professionnelles . Il est navrant par contre , que certaine secrétaire soit aussi désagréable ce jour , lorsque l'on s'adresse à elle pour un renseignement ( en disant bonjour et en la priant de m'excuser .... ) Peut être est ce la jeunesse qui se donne le droit d'être arrogante , ou une haute estime de soi-même ? Quel dommage dans un établissement de santé ou respect , compassion et humanité devraient être de rigueur .

Merci au Docteur Brunner qui prend le temps d'examiner votre dossier posément et d'expliquer, malgré un planning surchargé. Il y a peut-être eu un couac à la prise de rendez-vous, mais l'ensemble du personnel sur place a été impeccable - efficace et bienveillant - et a fait en sorte que je sois bien complètement prise en charge.

Rendez vous obtenu rapidement, parking à priximite, bon accueil, peu d’attente pour l’examen. Prise en charge très sympathique de ma maman âgée par la jeune femme préparant le scanner cérébral. Résultats obtenus sous quelques heures par mail. La secrétaire de l’accueil un peu raide et expéditive dans sa façon de parler mais on peut lui pardonner vu le rythme et la succession incessante de patients .

I have had to go regularly for years. They are superbly good at their jobs and the lady doctor I have always seen once the x-ray or MRI (IRM) or whatever has been completed is clearly an extremely good, highly competent, responsible and kind professional whose opinion has always bern confirmed by my top consultants. I cannot recommend this place more highly and I have been to at least four others over the years

The place is terrible. Organisation is zero as selo as privacy is not respected. They make you wait 45 min more than you were supposed, then they make you pay the price which never exist in any other place. Then they shout at you why you are not satisfied. Respect is zero, to be avoided

Update after answer - full review below. This is a very wrong approach to service that you are demonstrating, like many in the region - to blame the customer. I perfectly understand everything, and I know exactly when someone is trying to deceive me. My attending physician is an experienced French specialist who knows exactly the examination protocol perfectly and that why I had prescription only for irm. And once again - I didn't demand and don't demand that someone communicate with me in my native language. I just demand that I be respected as a client (a priori) which pays for services you provide. I was getting an MRI of my knee in the summer on a prescription. First, I walked barefoot from the small dressing cabin to the mri room? some kind of Middle Ages. They didn't give me shoe covers or slippers. After the mri, they said that they would give the results, but called me in 5 min and without adequate explanation also x-rayed my knee. Where is the logic - x-ray after mri? I didn’t argue, I thought that the doctors knew better. Of course, I was billed for x-ray, it was not covered by my insurance as it was not prescript. After that, on the phone, they couldn't really explain why an x-ray was needed after an mri, just some fairy tales. My attending physician confirmed that it was simply a fraudulent fact, obviously due to the fact that I didn't speak French very well and it was a good time to get more money from me. Also, only after the second call, they deigned to send the results to my attending physician and give me access online. Not only did I pay for the examination, which a) was not prescribed by the attending physician and b) absolutely not logical and unnecessary after an mri, I also received a dose of radiation, simply because they want to make money on people who, as they think, will not notice the deception. A nasty and sticky feeling after such pettiness. Now I advise all my friends to bypass this place. Just a shame for such a service in Monaco!
