Elegant and beautiful hotel - and very comfortable. Staff and service was excellent and on par for a 5 star accommodation. Location is great also. |Several restaurants to choose from - we ate ate The Americain, nice menu and tasty and has live entertainment in the evening. |Le Grill upstairs (Michelin *) - amazing view of Casino de Paris and the ocean - and fantastic dining experience.|Expensive - but we were willing to splurge for the experience, location and 5 star accommodation.

An iconic landmark hotel that actually lives up to its reputation. And with an amazing fully equipped gym with weights and cardio well represented. Our room was immaculate, the room service was tremendous, and the staff team all around was excellent. Well worth the premium.

I cannot comment on the rooms, but I’m sure they are nice. I stayed at another 5-star hotel. However, the service at the hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen. We stopped by to get coffee in the lobby of the hotel. We were polite, well-mannered, and paid the amount on the check. We left after paying. However, one of the hotel workers chased us out on to the streets to tell us that her colleague had charged us incorrectly and we needed to pay an extra 6 euros. This is absolutely unacceptable. We politely still paid, but we were both shocked at this treatment. We always stay and visit 5-star hotels and never once had this experience. This really shows how they view their customers. The mistake was on the waiter and imagine how we felt when she chased us outside to tell us that her colleague had messed up. Unacceptable and we will never be staying at this hotel.

An incredible experience, all the departments led at the highest level: porters, recepción, concierge, housekeeping, room, restaurants, bar. I couldn’t find any flaws, it was all just perfect. You just don’t want to leave. The quality of the food is what surprised me most if possible, the groceries and fish are of superior quality, The buffet at breakfast is refined, delicate, even if smaller than others I saw it was unbeatable for originality, quality and savours. Our lady waiter was full time attentive to every detail or need. The dinner at the grill was delicious, the service impeccable, the view and the atmosphere unique. The soufflé is a real experience. The gym is overlooking the harbor, spacious and equipped with brand new tools of top brands. The pool is large and directly on a bright terrace, with a roof with the shape of a shell. The beauty of this place and the incredible staff - all of them, not only one accident - makes this hotel a unique experience and the best I have ever visited.

Stay for 3 night in this beautiful hotel with my husband. From arrival and check in to check out this hotel was fantastic. The whole experience made this the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and attentive and our room was superb. We had a room with balcony looking over Harbour.. nothing was too much trouble and a couple of issues we had with bathroom were sorted out immediately. It truly is a 5 star hotel in an amazing location.

Absolutely stunning hotel. I stayed in a suite, with a sea view. The room itself had 4 balconies which all offered stunning views of Monte Carlo, and it was lovely to wake up to the sun shining through the curtains. One of the best nights sleep I have had in a while.||Loved the premium toiletries that were provided, and the bathroom was stunning. The room was also perfect for doing some work.||I loved the gym facilities, and it was great to workout overlooking the ocean, before going for a lovely session in the hot tub.||Breakfast was brilliant too, with free flowing champagne, and the eggs were excellent.||Honestly, I didn’t want to leave.

Stunning hotel with superb service. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. |We had a beautiful room (number 308) with views of the Casino and Christmas display. |Everything from arrival through to departure was expertly managed. |The hotel staff also made sure to provide little touches during our stay to elevate our experience. |All staff were very friendly and welcoming at all times. |The facilities are fantastic and the location is perfect. The hotel is fantastic to relax and enjoy the American Bar with live music. |Thank you to the staff.
