Suite à un problème de taille, j'ai tourné 3 magasins Histoire d'or, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience dans les autres, mais finalement j'ai connu le magasin de Monaco et j'ai repris un peu d'espoir dans la marque grâce au conseiller très efficace et agréable qui a su nous conseiller bien comme il faut et il a résolu mon problème en 5 minutes ( ce que les autres n'ont pas réussi à faire en 2 semaines ). Je vais sûrement m'adresser à lui en cas de problème. Merci!!

It's a great place for simple but nice jewelery. they have a separate workshop which can do some works like ring adjustment but they can't do everything. Staff is kind, just ask .

Last Wednesday I went with my daughter and the intention of spending more than €300 on silver jewelry (after having done the same at Pandora and APM) because in my culture to all 15-year-old girls are given 15 pieces of gold and silver jewelry on their birthday. But I couldn't do it in this place thanks to the terrible service given by the Asian-looking employee who works there. Someone needs to explain to this young lady that not all wealthy people LIKE ME necessarily wear Chanel and Dior every day. People LIKE ME , we go grocery shopping and wear flip flops and eat Macdonalds too. Luckily for me I have enough to buy every object in that small place where this employee works. But since it's not the first time that she treats me like that (the first time I thought she was having a bad day) well, I will never spend a euro in that place again. So someone needs to talk to her. Bad service at the finest!
